I wanted a jewelry box that let me hang my necklaces, but also hid everything away so it wasn't on display/visual clutter. This box mostly did that. The feet are uneven, making it wobbly on my dresser. The front panel fabric is chintzy and cheap, but it does hide away my things. Honestly, I expected too much from a 10" tall box, because it's not really tall enough to hang my necklaces very well. Also, it can only hang my necklaces that are on thin chains and have very small, slim pendants; statement necklaces, sturdier chains, and chunky pendants do NOT fit in this box and let you still close the door. The drawers in the box are pretty nice, allowing me to store rings and post earrings in dedicated drawers, letting me use the other three for a few brooches, pins, and my aforementioned statement necklaces or chunky pendants. It's just okay, not great. I'd give it to a young girl who is just starting to buy/receive jewelry, but for an adult with a collection already... it's a little inadequate. Sorry.. Anonymous.
