The color is a cream with a rubbed bronzeaged finish. There is a hole in the middle for an umbrella, though I don’t think it would hold an umbrella without a sturdy umbrella stand underneath. The table was fairly easy to put together, and overall sturdy and stable. There are minor imperfections, but nothing awful. It is what I would expect at this price point. I like that there is additional bracing since some tables don't have that and they get saggy in the middle. And I like that the bracing gives knee room and allows for arms on chairs to slide under..
