Beautiful couch. Took me 3 hours to assemble because the tools they provided were NOT sufficient. Thankfully i had my own tool set. Also a lot of the screw holes were not aligned so it was even more difficult to try to force them to align. But once I got everything in place, it’s a beautiful couch. It is very easy to assemble. While sitting on it, it is firm which I like it. Little disappoint is, it's small in width in sense of sit position. Great construction and really good sofa. Feels very comfortable and the fold out bed is also very sturdy. Only downsides would be that it is a really wide sofa with just 2 seats instead of 3 and the fact that the mattress is a little thin to allow to fit into the enclosure. Solid, well-made, and most important, comfortable! You don't "sink into" the cushions, which while supportive, are not at all too hard in my view. At a certain age, "sinking into the cushions" poses a real challenge when you go to try to stand up. (Don't ask me how I know.) I decided on four stars only because the very nice leather has an intentional "mottled look," which isn't my favorite, but I'll get used to it.
