The customer service representative said it would be to us by 6/26, it did not arrive until 6/30. Also the measurements of this unit are incorrect on the website. I called to report it but appears to still not be correct. The dog beds that we bought for it to meet the sizing, do not fit as the interior measurements are still off. The gate doors are bulging out in a couple of places which causes the doors to scrape when they slide from one end to the other, would prefer to have the corrected or doors replaced, if possible. This kennel came very quickly. It was extremely easy to put together. I have two small dogs that will be housed in it at night. I’m sure they won’t like the change but so be it. It’s a very attractive kennel/crate and hopefully it will survive my dogs for along time The first photo is the crate put together although the crate bed inside I ordered separately. This furniture dog crate is a nice replacement for our large black metal crate. It blends with our family room furniture very nicely and I appreciate it's functionality with its drawers and shelf. The top is perfect for a table lamp, pictures or decorative items. The door to the crate slides easily and this is a good size for our medium size dog. We have a lab/pitbull mix. He's stocky, kind of short and weighs 60 lbs. I would not use this for a larger dog. The mounted water or food bowl inside is nice but I'm not sure we'll use it. We don't want the inside to get wet or food to fall under the dog bed. Overall, we like this product. The reason I could not give it 5 stars is (1) it was more difficult than necessary to put together because the instructions were not as detailed as needed, and (2) the size inside makes it harder to find a regular size dog bed for the crate.
