I’m extremely happy with this ceramic frying pan purchase. It’s safe for metal spatulas and spoons and it is absolutely nonstick, which I love because you don’t even have to use oil when cooking certain things. It’s not extremely large, but it’s got a tall rim so you can cook things in it and then when you bake it’s a deeper pan. Love this frying pan with lid. The 12.25 inch is larger than your normal 11 inch pan making food easier to place in pan, cook and to flip over. The nonstick has the food slide off easily and no problem to clean. Faberware is a reputable product and the price was great, especially that it included a lid and 2 handles.
