Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. After installing he noticed two scratches on it. Tried calling Wayfair but could not get through because of COVID. I’m hoping that they sell some type of product that can buff out the scratches.
