I decided to keep the lamps because I love everything else about them. I did read where some ppl felt the gold on the base looked cheap but I didn’t think so, just the finials…but you really can’t tell once the finials are in place. The lamps are a classy timeless look! I purchased these for the living room thinking. I was going to go more Polynesian in my second home when I got new furniture. That didn’t happen so I put them in the bedroom. The Apulia table lamp by Brayden Studio is a truly striking piece! The large shade with it’s interesting shape makes this a standout lamp. The material in blue has a suede feel and look. However the shade was damaged in shipping and got a number of dents in it. I was able to push out the dents but some can still be seen. I was offered a replacement but that was untenable since I was asked to send it back in a similar large carton then get it to a FedEx location that was not near my house. I like it! Super easy to put together and packaged very well. I only wish the shelf was real or nicer wood and the fabric shade was a bit higher quality.
