I want to love this wallpaper, but I feel like I wouldn't buy it again, even at the amazingly low price. It has a great texture and I love the colour when it's on the roll. I bought "white" (out of stock now), but when I put it up, the grey metallic strands took over (see photo). It is also a sensitive paper that tears pretty easy when hanging - but that said, it is proving easy to repair, which is a redemptive quality. I love my new wall decals! The application, though it took patience, went pretty smoothly. After applying them to the wall, I heated it with a hair dryer and it really grabbed. You can actually see my wall texture through the decal. The heat from the hair dryer makes it look painted on. I am so happy with the results! However, if I decide to ever remove it, the heat definitely made it more difficult. Just saying that if you decide to use heat (optional) make sure you have the placement how you want it, because you will no longer be able to reposition. The wallpaper that came in the mail looked absolutely nothing like what the photos show. It's not even that it just looks a tad different from the photos. It looks entirely different, and has little white speckle dots all over it. There are also huge white lines all over it which seem to actually be a part of the wallpaper, and not damage from shipping. But honestly who knows... Wouldn't be too upset if it just looked different but was at least good. But the wallpaper looks super cheap and like a kindergarten student drew it. This was one of the more premium-priced wallpapers, so I thought I would be safe spending the extra money to get better quality.
