In love with this sofa because it is extremely comfortable, even though it’s not real leather. The stitching is very line and even. The back is a comfortable height, even for my 6’7” husband. The legs are not of the best quality but I intend on purchasing some nice walnut colored ones from WayFair. This sofa upholstery goes perfectly with all my Walnut colored woods in the room. Beautiful sofa. It sits a little stiff right now-I hope it’s due to being well built. After acclimating to my room perhaps the firmness will relax a little. The leather is soft and supple. Solid, well-made, and most important, comfortable! You don't "sink into" the cushions, which while supportive, are not at all too hard in my view. At a certain age, "sinking into the cushions" poses a real challenge when you go to try to stand up. (Don't ask me how I know.) I decided on four stars only because the very nice leather has an intentional "mottled look," which isn't my favorite, but I'll get used to it. I am overall very content with this purchase! The couch looks high-end for a reasonable price, and the quality feels surprisingly good for faux leather. It is absolutely perfect for an apartment space. Color Note I do wish Wayfair provided clearer images differentiating the Mid-Brown and Coffee colors. I ordered the Mid-Brown, which has much more of a caramel tone to it. If you want a deeper, truer brown, Id suggest going with Coffee. That said, it still looks great and doesnt bother me too much! Pillow Note The pillows do not hold their shape as much as I would like it to, it is a bit slouchy. The velcro helps hold it in place, but I have to fluff often to make it aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Assembly Advice Get a helper I highly recommend having two people to assemble this. Be ready to problem-solve The instructions were a bit difficult and had some missing details. You have to be pretty intuitive to figure out how certain pieces fit together. So much to love about this sofa: sturdy build, nice quality leather throughout, including the sides and back, warm classic color, styling to match just about anything, deep seating and back cushions that stay put with velcro. The back cushions have a nice solid structure, not slouchy like other designs. The edged seams are a nice design element that gives the sofa a more casual and inviting appeal.
