Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. I absolutely LOVE my new couch, however the delivery was not a love. After waiting all day for my piece to arrive, 3 movers got the huge box up to my apartment (I was moving furniture for them to get this box through the entrance to the living room) and after knocking into things, they put the HUGE box down & started to walk out. I said, wait, aren’t you suppose to unpack this HUG box & take it away? Answer, “no it’s just a drop off service. the box is your responsibility!” As a single woman living alone I was so upset! After over an hour just trying to open this HUGE box I was finally able to unload. I wish it was made clearer that the unloading would be my responsibility, I spent a lot to get the couch of my dreams but very unsatisfied with the delivery service that was definitely lacking! Delivery was fantastic — they carried it up two flights of stairs and helped us move the older couch out of the way. It was also much faster than we anticipated. The couch is firm but also really supportive — very comfortable. We haven’t tried the mattress yet. Like other customers, the color was much different than what we expected, so we weren’t sure we were going to keep it. But it fits well into our tiny space and is super comfy. This sofa is so beautiful. I couldnt be happier with my decision choosing this one. The cushions are a little on the firm side and thats how I like them. The back cushions are attached and they have zippers on the bottom, so you can add filling later if needed. The bottom cushions are firm, reversible and zippered. The seat is 20 from floor to top of seat. The pullout bed works very easily. It has a 5 mattress which really is not that bad at all as far as comfort. The toss pillows are very pretty and add a nice touch. I also want to add that this is a queen sleeper with three seat cushions. The sofa is 81 long. The color I choose is Jitterbug denim and it is perfect with the blues and grays of the area rug and chairs in my room, ( which I also purchased from Wayfair ). I needed a small pull-out sofa for a home office/guest room. The couch is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The height is perfect and the cushions are pretty stuffed. The fabric is a bit rough, but I was limited in options due to size constraints in the room. It came a bit stained in some areas, but Customer Service was beyond helpful and responsive.
