We recently updated my mother's bedroom, and one of the biggest changes was purchasing this Twin over Full bunk bed that she had been wanting. Overall, we are very pleased with it. The bed is solid and sturdy for the price, and the color looks great in the room. Assembly wasn't particularly difficult, but there are a lot of pieces, so I recommend giving yourself plenty of space to organize everything before you start. We also added a few extra slats for additional mattress support, which worked out well. For the lower full-size bunk, we purchased the 9" Plush Cooling Gel Hybrid Mattress by Zinus, and it's been comfortable for her to sleep on. We been using this bunk bed for some weeks now in my kids room and overall i feel good about it. The wood feel strong and not cheap, which i worry before honestly. It come with slats so no box spring needed, that was nice and save extra hassle. Assembly take time, not hard but many parts so patience needed, my husband help me and still took afternoon. The drawers under bed are very useful, we put toys and some clothes there, room look more clean now. Ladder feel secure and guardrails are high enough, my son move a lot when sleep so this make me calm. There is slide too, kids love it a lot, they play every morning like small park. Mattress need be around 6 inch, we use that and fit fine. Later we like that it can split into two beds if kids grow. Only small thing, instructions little confusing but doable. Overall good choice.. I mainly bought this because I like how you can transition it into two separate full sized beds and they look great. Only need one bed right now so the other is stored under with the trundle. My only wish was that this version had storage drawers instead of a trundle, but I’ve made it work. Delivery was fast and online time. No damage to the boxes or bed! I absolutely love the quality. Looks great, feels great, and it was fairly easy to put together. The instructions may not be the best for someone that’s not really handy. It took me about 6 hours to include bringing in the boxes, opening them all and tearing them all down, tying up the boxes. and then assembling the bed. Well made and easy to assemble. Not the most stable bunk bed we’ve ever owned, but it is enough for an older kidteen who won’t be jumping on it.
