So far I have been using these boards and other form the manufacture. The smaller boards I ordered from the company directly had an off gas these did not. So I am guessing they have fully cured. I bought these to try and stay away form plastics. It is always a question if the resin has any plastic in it which is hard to understand. That all said the boards are nice. So far it's a great cutting board. Definitely have to follow the care recommendations for the initial oiling and seasoning for the first week or so.
