I decided to keep the lamps because I love everything else about them. Absolutely gorgeous! I’m really pleased with this lamp. It arrived within a few days of ordering and was extremely well packed. There is a small bit of assembly that is easily done, however, I did have a problem screwing the piece into the base. Even though it was tightened down completely it was still a bit wobbly because the metal was not flat. I resolved the situation by using a black rubber washer. I was able to snug it up and you can’t notice the rubber washer. The teal blue color is absolutely beautiful. Truly I would have given this lamp 5 stars except for the minor issue I described. The lamp itself is very nice, lighting the room with a warm light on the lowest setting, but I’m disappointed in the two bases BOTH lamps are exactly the same. Really like this lamp although I must admit the description of the shade being “white” and the photos making it look more “yellowish” were both incorrect. I bought 2 of these to be used next to my all white bedding set and the lamp shade panes are clear and kind of.a light gray. Given that, I moved them to the other bedroom with more of those tones and it looked perfect in that bedroom. It looks it’s absolute best when lit up. Soft and shimmery. Beautiful!
