We ordered 3 of these lights. When they arrived 2of the 3 lights were damaged. I immediately started the replacement process and waited to review to see how it worked since I have not had this issue before. I took pictures of the 2 damaged light and the e boxes they came in and submitted. I received an almost immediate response of when new ones would ship and waited. Box was a bit banged up and the styrofoam was fairly obliterated inside. The sink itself had one of the flat corners bend pretty badly. I have been looking for a dining room light that felt right for my craftsman home for some time, without being the typical craftsman design. This light ticked all the boxes.
