Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Quite the nice table. I got the unfinished so I could stain the color sine I can never tell if the color will be right when ordering online plus I wanted a dark base and a light top. I was happy to see that the top does not have those zig zag joints that are often popular with rubber wood. The grain is nice and the pieces of wood have a good color match. The table is sturdy and well made. Look up the directions from this web site for the assembly of base to top. We purchased this for our tiny home, and it’s just perfect!! It’s big enough to have dinner on, play games, and work from home with our computers. But small enough that it tucks in perfectly to the little nook. The drop-down sides are great for adding more room when needed. The quality is solid, and it was easy to put together.
