I was looking for something not too tall that would provide good horizontal cube storage and this completely fit the bill. The parts were all well-labeled and the instructions were very clear, making it a breeze to assemble. I took 1 star off the rating for 3 issues: (1) many of the part labels are on the front side so that the sticker has to be removed, however it's very difficult to remove and leaves some residue. (2) The finish is a bit fragile and chipped a few times around the holes when inserting screws. And (3) overall the bookcase is pretty flimsy. The bookshelf is wonderful. Very sturdy and it looks high quality. As you can see I am using for our tv and it’s deep enough where the hdmi cords have room to be plugged in horizontally into the back of the tv. One heads up though, the package is HEAVYYY so be ready to have someone help you carry it in. Other than that, once it was built (which the assembly was so easy) it wasn’t to hard to move around to where I wanted it. These are just what I needed! They put together pretty well. I would recommend using wood glue for the pegs that hold the shelves on, just to make it a little sturdier.
