A campfire just isn't the same if you don't end it with a warm and gooey s'more! The traditional stack - graham cracker, chocolate, toasted marshmallow - is a tried and true favorite, but you're missing out on a better toasty treat! Get your imagination going with a few new ingredients and make your next campfire a hit!

- Choose your base, something that's sturdy enough to support the rest of your s'more! Cookies, crackers, biscuits, or even donuts will take your s'more to the next level!
- Choose a stuffer or two. Think outside the box and go for peppermint patties, peanut butter cups, nut butters, chocolate hazelnut spread, fresh fruit slices, or even some crispy bacon.
- Toast your marshmallow and slide it onto the stack.
- Enjoy, then go back for s'more!
If you don't have access to a campfire don't worry! S'mores are easy to make in your kitchen.

To make a s'more indoors you just need an oven. Turn on the broiler or turn the oven to the highest setting. Place your base on a sheet pan. If you're going to use chocolate bars or candies, go ahead and stack them on. Place a marshmallow on top. Put the pan in the oven and keep an eye on it. It will begin to get warm and melty quickly. When it's ready to go, pull the pan out, top with another base and you have yourself an indoor s'more!
One alternative is to roast your marshmallow over a burner on the stovetop using a grilling skewer. Be careful not to touch the burner with your marshmallow, though!
My favorite combo is graham cracker, chocolate hazelnut spread, strawberries, and a marshmallow! What's yours?
