1. Creamy Pumpkin Parfaits



1.  Mix whipped cream with pumpkin pie spices, and then layer with canned pumpkin pie filling into clear goblets or wine glasses.


2.  Top each parfait with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spices, white chocolate curls, and a gingersnap cookie or graham cracker.

2.  Using an offset spatula, spread the chocolate onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with wax paper and sprinkle with toppings. Let cool completely, and then break the bark into bite-size pieces.
