Make a delightfully frightful entrance to your home with alarmingly spooky glowing eyes. These supernatural Halloween decorations look perfect nestled along your walkway or hanging from trees. Trick-or-treaters will think there are creepy monsters following them up to your house and may just run away in fear. Place the glowing eyes at various heights so it looks as though many different creatures are following them along a haunted pathway. The more spooky eyes you have the better. These affordable Halloween decorations are easy to set up. Make sure to tape the glow sticks underneath the eye cutouts so your trick-or-treaters will not see a glowing bar in the middle of the eyes. Supplies
- 8 ½' x 11" Paper
- Toilet Paper
- Tubes or Small Boxes
- Glow Sticks
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Transparent Tape
Instructions
- Gather your empty toilet paper tubes or boxes.
- Download a sheet of ghastly glowing eyes.
- Fill your printer with 8 ½" x 11" computer paper. You can use any color of computer paper because you are using the glowing eyes cutouts as a stencil for your creepy Halloween décor.
- Once you have printed the petrifying glowing eyes, cut around the perimeter of each design.
- Place your eye cutouts on the outside of your toilet paper tube. Use tape to hold them in place while you trace around the perimeter.
- Remove the glowing eyeball stencil and use your scissors to cut along the traced lines.
- Insert a glow stick into the toilet paper tube and use clear tape to hold it in place.
- Place the toilet paper tubes in the bushes or trees around your house. Turn off your porch light and watch your yard come to life.
