Baby kale, chard, and fruits combine for a frosty, healthy treat that proves good-for-you food can taste delicious, too.

Like many of you, I've started the year with good intentions. Now that we're well on our way to paving our healthy road to fitness, if you're like me, you're doing your best to fit in as many good-for-you nutrients during the day. One can only eat so many salads, so one of my favorite ways to keep things healthy is by drinking my fruits and veggies. A salad in a glass. When you put it that way, it doesn't sound terribly exciting, but how can you resist this brilliantly-hued blackberry green smoothie? Hidden within this fruity, frosty treat, are good for you veggies: baby kale, chard, and spinach. And it tastes amazing!

Sweet from plump blackberries, a whole banana, and frozen pineapple, this smoothie is my go-to after a hard work out. It's the perfect drink to help rehydrate and renourish. And it bridges that gap between meals. So keep up the hard work! You're well on your way to a healthy year, and that's something we can all raise a glass to.

Cheers!
