Birthday Cake Ice Cream Recipe
Birthday cake ice cream! Quick, yummy, and full of happiness!

We love birthdays at our house—or really any party if we're being honest. We are firm believers that every good party needs a yummy treat, so why not make two yummy treats into one amazing treat of happiness!?
Behold... birthday cake ice cream. It's the best of both worlds!

Birthday Cake Ice Cream
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 cap vanilla
1 cup dry yellow cake box mix (or any other flavor)
1 cup milk
Sprinkles
Add all ingredients into a bowl leaving the sprinkles until later. Whisk ingredients together until smooth.
Add to your ice-cream machine. (We use the Cuisinart Compressor Ice Cream & Gelato Maker.)
Let the machine work its magic for 40 minutes. Remove ice cream from the bucket and stir in sprinkles. I recommend freezing it for at least 2 hours before serving.
