Great product, easy to assemble. Great water pressure and feelslooks great. I had one at my cottage property from Lowe’s and they stopped selling it, thus why I came to Wayfair to buy one for my home residence. Price range way much higher here but overall unit is great.

Love it! This panel is not only functional but looks like a beautiful piece of art! The hammered bronze is gorgeous. Very easy to install. PROS beautiful rain shower is fantastic with lots of coverage and pressure hand held wand is great- we installed it so I could stand under it if I want to jets are soothing bottom spout handy for filling buckets etc. easy to install and sits sturdy on wall CONS cannot have jets on same time as rain head jets arent powerful- but soothing Expensive but so glad we purchased this for our shower renovation

The shower panel is fantastic and looks amazing.I had it professionally installed but only because I was redoing the bathroom. Its easy enough to install yourself. I get water from the lake well and was a bit worried about the pressure but the flow is fantastic.After about a month of usage the hand held coil broke. I went on the company website, filled the form, attached photo and 15 minutes after submitting it I received an email saying that the replacement was already shipped! Bad things happen but with this kind of customer service you will be glad you spend your $$$ with the right company. I love everything about the shower but the soft jets are my favorite. I have recommended it to all my friends.

Bought this for my master shower. Beautiful piece & received a lot of compliments on it. Plumber said it was easy to install. The color is more of o brass rather than a bronze. But if you know anything at all about bronze no two finishes are the same. Besides the color, which still worked with my overall color scheme, I am pleased. I have yet to use it to see what it feels like but when I do I will update my review.

Came shattered, but it was so easy to order a replacement. Excellent customer service, and my replacement shipped out the same day. Didn’t have to send back the shattered one, which is a big time saver. Thanks

I purchased this shower spa for a future install project. It came very well packaged and looks to be intact & exactly what I was wanting. The bonus was that it was on special. ☺

This unit has 3 different options: Rainhead, hand held adjustable shower, and body jets In addition, you can have 2 of any combination at the same time. This is a long tall piece. The body jets hit me in the upper back and neck. (I am 5'4" tall.) I can only adjust the rainhead by standing on a stool. (My 6'1"hubby loves this and the body jets.) I use the handheld which also has adjustable settings. My only complaint with that is that the hook to hang it on is set in one permenet position..it would be great if it could adjust in height. Pros: durable finish, looks very high tech and luxorious, and good water pressure even when 2 settings are on aat the same time Cons: tall and you'll need a large space for it to fit and not splash water out of the shower at the top

IT IS A BEAUTIFUL "PIECE OF ART" THAT WILL ADD VALUE TO OUR HOME. HAVE NOT INSTALLED IT YET, BUT DON'T EXPECT ANY PROBLEMS. IF WE SHOULD HAVE QUESTIONS, WE ALREADY KNOW WE CAN CALL AND GET HELP FROM CHIP AT PULSE SHOWERS. HE HAS ALREADY BEEN VERY HELPFUL.

Fortunately, this product was extremely easy to install as I was able to use the same supports that existed from a previous tower. This made installation very simple and very fast. Unfortunately, my contractor was wearing a zippered jacket when he tried to attach the unit to the wall. He scratched the stainless. But upon installation, the scratches weren't visible. Because it's stainless steel, it naturally shows water spots very easily. I have used WD-40 on my stainless appliances from time to time and I found it to be very effective. That said I'm not a contractor so I don't know if this is an appropriate cleaning method. I had a heck of a time, though, turning the thing on and laugh as I write about it. Reading really is fundamental! I always read the instructions before trying to operate anything mechanical. I didn't this time and became soaked in the process of trying to take a shower before even stepping into the shower. Also, the icons are teeny tiny ones and almost impossible to see without a headlamp and magnifying glass. That said I'm old and that could be my problem. Lol. Also, this item is a great bang for the buck as they say. Had I not been able to find another tower that appealed to me? I would've had to rip the wall and tile out to install a regular showerhead. So glad this was a great option. But I still don't understand everyone's fascination with body jets.

I ordered the shower panel on homedepot.com and was a bit nervous. This was the first time I ordered something of significant value online without first actually seeing the product with my own eyes. A few days later the product arrived on my doorstep. The product was well packaged and wrapped in plastic. After removing the plastic I noticed the cardboard used to package the product was a little moist. I became worried. I removed the card board and the product was encased in styrofoam, well protected. I removed the shower panel which was inside a cloth bag. WOW, what a piece of art. The shower panel was well made and the stainless steel was of excellent quality. I opened the instructions and they were very poor. I grabbed a piece of paper, a measuring tape and a pencil. After taking several measurements from the shower panel and the hangers I transferred the measurements to my shower wall. I marked the location for my water supply and installed my shutoff valves. This was the hardest part of my install. I screwed in the hangers, connected the burst proof hoses (not included), hung the shower panel, and applied some caulk. Once the caulk dried everyone in the household was fighting to take a shower. The shower works great and makes the whole bathroom more modern. The cost of adding a rain head, six body sprays and a hand shower was six times the cost of this unit and it would not look as good as this shower panel. Another plus is the tub spout, my wife can still enjoy her baths. A big plus is there is less of a chance of you developing a leak in the walls in the future since most of the valves and crucial plumbing is located on the wall itself versus having all the valves and fixtures located inside a wall. I could only imagine the nightmare a home owner would have with a conventional system. All in all I am extremely happy with this unit and I highly recommend it !

My Vigo (VG08005) shower panel is not installed as of this date but I spent several minutes looking over the shower panel. It seems to be assembled very well. Could find no loose lines and the knobs seem to be installed with a close tight fit. All the knobs turn as expected. Quality of this product is stainless steel with chrome metal or a very high quality plastic chrome plated knobs. It just feels well made. The jets have small rubber tips that would allow you ease of cleaning by rubbing your fingers across the tips if you have any hard water build up on the shower jets or head. By my inspection of this uninstalled unit, I couldn't find anything to complain about and if all works when installed my 5 start rating will be justified. I can only say I did my research and this panel came up as one that pleased most of its users as a quality product. I also will note that my research shows that this company Vigo offers a high degree of customer service. It was easy working with our sales consultant .. Mr. Davison ext: 5361 and would use his advice again. Pros: Not installed as of this date but my research and other customer reviews / customer service is the reason I purchased this shower panel. Cons: It would be nice if they had the upper part of the shower panel covered to the point that you could not see the top part of the hose. Should not be the case if the panel is set high enough. Wish I had it installed and could be more explicit.

The initial install didn't happen due to a faulty part which after a bit of back and forth was finally rectified and installed and presto, a fabulous, great shower. The nice thing for our family is we could install the panel up higher so even our over 6'6" son could shower without having to duck under the shower head. Flow is good, easy to figure out despite some rather lightly etched lettering for the controls. We started out being disappointed and thanks to attentive customer care we are now happy owners of a lovely shower panel. It is nice to have a service person that is quick to answer emails and wants to make sure that we are happy with our shower. The attached wand is such a bonus as our new walk in shower is going to make my life much easier when giving our old golden retriever a "bath" Of note is the fact that you don't have all three functions going at once, you either have a shower head or the body jets or the wand. Also, our plumber was very impressed with the ease of installation and the quality of the shower panel. It really is quite classy looking. I'd give the customer care 5 stars and would have given the shower 5 if it hadn't had a faulty part initially. Also, I would not rate it just good which is the only option for four stars, I would call it very good. I gave the quality of the product 5 stars after the install.

The shower panel looks great. Need to figure out where to place the holding brackets, which isn't difficult. But the placement measurements and the distance between the brackets should be supplied by the manufacturer, as is the case by other manufacturers. These guys didn't even react when contacted by Wayfair's customer service people.

We love this shower, it came with both the rain head and wand head, even though it was not mentioned in the description. I do wish both heads could run simultaneously. It is absolutely beautiful and modern.

This is a really nice looking fixture and great value for the price. The only issue is that the installation instructions were not in the box. No huge deal as I can print them out from this website. It's really nice and exactly what I need for a remodel. I renovate beach houses so I've used these spa shower panels before but this is the first one I've ordered through Wayfair. Better price and better product so I'll definitely order again.

So after a shipping fiasco (ie the delivery company split the box in HALF!!) we got to experience the super customer service that Wayfair provides. The process was super easy. We just called emailed our photos and they sent a replacement. Fast, painless, and efficient. As to the quality, it is a really elegant shower panel. We really like clean lines and unfussy and this panel is perfect! We bought a tub faucet set from a different brand (because they didnt have one), and the matte black finishes matched perfectly. I also like that you could unscrew the hand-held if you want to use it as a bucket filler.

My wife loves it! We have a three head shower and the shower panel is the only one we use. It is a great product at a very reasonable price.

There were 2 dents one on each side plus to top of unit was pushed in .! I feel like that this was a returned item and that someone just put it in the box and send it out as brand new and not damaged I don’t know how it could’ve got that damage inside the packaging that it was in. Therefore I think it was already damaged when it was put in the box and then ship to me. Thank You Mike Linzey
