Best Ceiling Tiles With Reviews

Simple, not fussy design for a lower ceiling. Easy to install, PVC so its easy to keep clean. Water proof, so if there is ever a disaster (leak in a pipe), it won't get ruined! Not acoustic tile so I just insulated the ceiling. As with the last 13 of my reviews, I will gladly post pictures when installation is completed.

I borrowed a friends snap cutter and simply used a straight edge and a black sharpie to measure and cut the tiles - they are not hard to cut at all and they're very lightweight and easy to work with. I used small finishing nails to install. The lacquered steel has such a rich look and a nice sheen and looks really nice with our stainless appliances and cream cabinets. With my wife assisting me, we had the entire backsplash finished in under two hours, much quicker and no mess like you have installing tile and I think it looks even better. These would look great in any decor from traditional to Victorian to contemporary. One tip: to be on the safe side, wear gloves (we wore our gardening gloves) when hanging these because the edges can be sharp.

This was so great...bring an old fashion look to the back entrance. Every one is so surprised to hear the price and installation. It was a game changer. So easy and a great look......

These are fantastic! I ordered these to avoid the need to sand and paint the aging ceiling grid in a sunroom, to which I also renewed with new panels. They actually enhance the dimensional look of the panels and disguise the grid lines.

The wall bracket side channels are annoying because the white cross Ts barely overlap and rest onthem. The kit should include some 25” cross Ts for the tiles that go in the wall brackets (or some type of clip to extend them. Or using the top rail along the walls instead of the wall bracket and just add trim around the perimeter of the room after the tiles are installed. The enclosed instructions could be simplified. All the discussion about measuring and math is intimidating for first-time installers expecting a simple installation product. The black top rail strips should have holes all the way down them to facilitate screwing into the ceiling joists — the holes are widely spaced and you have to predrill holes (while you’re holding the rail up to the joists) before you can screw the rail to the joists.

This ceiling tile was a great find to cover our ceiling when we fixed our bedroom. It was easy to install and did not take as long as we thought because these sheets are larger. They have videos you can watch to give you tips on installing your tiles. We love the look and it brightens up the room and knowing this will last and go with any color when we paint again is even better. We even purchased some for our backsplash in the kitchen after this project.

Made in the USA and I really like the antique look. I put them on my kitchen ceiling. So pretty. My handyman had no problems installing or cutting. Have some extras left that I may put on the wall above work cabinet in my garage. Highly recommend.

We used the tin ceiling tiles to construct a heat shield for our new wood cook stove to help reduce clearances and it turned out beautiful! Highly recommend American Tin Cieling tiles.

I do love these tiles. Made a huge difference to the basement! I will add that I had to trim a few tiles to size. This was easy enough however, they do not lay flat because of the design. Something to keep in mind if you will be cutting a lot to size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got these tiles to jazz up our powder room. The quality is good, the corners are straight, and I liked the gothic pattern. The instructions on how to square them up were a little confusing. My husband is super handy and says that anyone not used to how to actually measure a wall/room to find the exact middle and square everything might have problems with the included instructions. They are more complicated than then need to be. That being said, the installation was a breeze. We received Akfix 310 Interior/Exterior Instant Grab adhesive with the tiles. I liked that it was low odor and cleaned up with water (only before it has cured though!). It went easily onto the tiles and adhered well to our ceiling. You can shift the tiles a bit once they are up to make sure they are square. We put some blue painters tape on the edges to help keep the tiles up while the adhesive set. If you’re looking to spruce up or add some real drama to a room - these are great!

Tiles were as described. We kept the older heavier tiles and glued these newer ones to the old to prevent sagging, as by itself it sagged a bit in the drop ceiling. All is all it did a great job updating the look to office.

Have not installed these get .. but opened a box that had a tear in it.. no damage and the tile looks amazing! More detail than I expected and they are going to look great in the room!
