The tub arrived better than I expected. First of all it was delivered seamlessly. No trouble at all which is a relief compared to some recent experiences I've had with others companies. The look of the tub is beautiful. Though I know some people prefer to have the tub sitting out in the bathroom away from walls as just a stand alone open air tub we fit ours into a 71" opening because that's what we preferred. It fit perfectly and measured as described. I think it would be nice out in the open as well. Everyone we have had by our house has loved it and compliments on how beautiful it is. Our plumber has not complained about installation and has no problem with the tub but also its new construction so we planned for this kind of tub. So the installation might be different in other circumstances.

Well I finally was able to test out my tub and Ive got to say... I absolutely love it!! Its huge and deep and so, so comfortable. I found that it retained the heat really well, but Im not sure if thats because I used bubbles and it acted as an insulator. I didnt install it myself so Im not sure if it was difficult, but I didnt receive any complaints from our plumber. To secure it to the floor we used a thick bead of clear silicone all around the base. This also prevents any water from seeping and sitting under the tub. The tub filled super quick with the faucet shown (also a Wayfair purchase). I was very unsure how an online purchase of something like this would go, but Im so glad I made the leap. Delivery was quick and right to my door... impressive since I have a rural address! And theres seriously no cons to this tub. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I think you will be too! ... The only thing I noticed, not a con but for someone very fussy this would bother, the overflow drain cover... that silver button thing you can see at the back of the tub, well its bent. It probably can be bent back into place but Im afraid if I try Ill break it. Most people it wouldnt bother, but for the absolute perfectionist it might. For everyone else... seriously, itll be your dream tub!

I'm very happy with this tub. It looks very expensive. The box that it arrived in had a gash in it, but the tub wasn't damaged. I feel that it could have had more packing material surrounding it. I'm very pleased with it. I have an update to add. After completing my bathroom renovation, my freestanding tub was the last thing to be installed. I was utterly dismayed to find water behind the tub after using it once! I called my plumber and he came within a few days to look at the problem. They had to remove the caulking surrounding the tub and remove it from the bathroom. Upon turning it upside down, they diagnosed the leaking problem. The drain assembly that came with the tub was leaking in two places. They showed me what was wrong and it was very shoddily made. They were able to apply glue and a pipe clamp to correct the issues and replaced the tub. They filled it and drained it and it appears to be free of leaks. I immediately contacted the case management department at Wayfair and I am happy to report that Wayfair reimbursed the plumbing bill entirely (and it was substantial) and I am completely satisfied with the way Wayfair dealt with my case. I hope they will contact the manufacturer and tell them how shoddy the drain assembly is. Wayfair was so easy to deal with and I'm completely satisfied with this online company and will continue to purchase from them.

This tub is the highlight of our bathroom. Everyone who walks into the room immediately comments on it. I love the simple, clean lines, as it goes with the modern look we have in the bathroom. It's nice and deep for soaking. I am 5'4 and can stretch out my legs, but anyone taller would have to bend their knees. Two important things to note as this was my first time buying a freestanding tub. You have to buy a specific drain assembly which was $200+, and then of course you need a freestanding faucet. Quality ones are not inexpensive, and you need a really good plumber as the pipes must be done exact in order for it to fill correctly. We took out an old alcove tub, so we were already moving pipes, but just be aware that this tub takes some special preparation to install. I am so happy with our purchase, and if you have a space that can't take a normal 60" tub....this works beautifully. We are still working on the drywall in the bathroom, but you can see how it fits in an old alcove tub space. It gave the space a completely new and updated look.

I love the tub. The shipping company that was used for delivery was terrible. To make a long story short we ended up having to take an entire day of work off for something that were told was going to be delivered at 8:30am only to have it arrive at 4:30pm. So that was a big difference in time and our money. This probably all could of been handled with a simple return to our 5 calls we made that day. They keep telling us each time we called that they would have a representative call us with exact information as to where the driver was in distance to our home. Never returned our calls. Poor communication and customer service from the shipping contractors.

This tub is beautiful in person. It’s just as pictured, no issues with the product as of yet. We do still have ours wrapped in plastic. I will update once installed if we should have any issues with its functionality. Aesthetically, it’s great! The only issue we did have was with shipping. It took a lot longer than expected because the tracking number was mixed up with a fabric swatch sample and showed it was delivered when it wasn’t. But Wayfair’s customer service was quick and easy to deal with and got a replacement order out to us immediately. The delivery guys delivered it inside our home as promised. Unfortunately, they damaged our driveway while delivering the item. They have since promised to repair it. We are waiting on them to do so at this point. I think Wayfair’s customer service has been the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. The packaging on the tub wasn’t the best but the tub is wrapped in foam around the edges so we haven’t seen any damage yet. However, the foam hasn’t been removed yet but the foam itself looks unscathed so we are optimistic the tub is fine.

The tub is beautiful and looks great in our new bathroom. It is comfortable to lay in for me and im 6' tall. The down side. The first tub arrived damaged. When it was delivered I found it placed on its side, all of the weight resting on the nose of the tub, consequently cracking it. Delivery guys fault... wayfair customer service was stellar. They gave us a 10% refund and sent out a replacement tub no questions asked. Secondly, we have black finishes in the bathroom and it came with Chrome. We assumed we would be able to replace those out with black however, my contractor informed us that the sizes are odd and he couldn't find replacements that would fit. He did however position the tub so thatthe overflow drain is not visible from the room. Lastly, when I called the manufacturer to inquire about other drain finishes the customer service was horrible and offered no solutions.

I love my new freestanding tub! It was a bit tricky to install in my second floor remodel, but my contractor figures it out. The quality and comfort of this tub are superb. It has a built-in overflow drain (a nice feature to have so you don't accidentally flood your bathroom). I sat in over 30 tubs at a tub warehouse and found this tub there. When I got in it, I knew the fit and comfort were right for me. Then, I looked on Wayfair, and there it was for a few hundred dollars less! Zap! I ordered it and it came without a hitch. I even called the company a couple of times during installation and they provided great customer service while answering our questions. It's smooth and sturdy and pretty. I love the pop-up drain.

The reason we are giving it four instead of five stars is because there turned out to be a hole in the drain tube which led to a leak which led to a return visit by our contractor to not only open a wall to repair the leak (then re-drywall and paint that wall) but to replace the tube, then fix and repaint the ceiling on our lower level where, sadly, the leak was highly evident. Wayfair customer service was outstanding and gave us some credit to help defray our costs of the contractors extra work. As for the tub...its lightweight, which means if not caulked, it moves when theres no water in it. This isnt an issue for us. It marks up a bit easily so well stay on top of eliminating marks ASAP, and not just any cleaning product can be used on an acrylic tub, but thats not specific to this particular tub. SIZE this one is a small soaker tub. Im 52 medium-frame, and its exactly the right size - long enough for my feet to touch the other end so I dont slide down, and my arms at my side touch the sides of the tub, which works for me. Taller folks or those with a wider frame might be slightly uncomfortable. UB

At my age of 74, my friends encouraged only a shower. One of the pleasures of my day is a warm, scented bubble bath. The tub is light weight and sits comfortably. Fortunately it is not slippery like other porcelain tubs I've installed which adds to the safety. It is sleek and elegant and cleans up in a jiffy. It's also easier to get in and out of than other tubs which are lower. I had my plumber leave the tub away from the walls about 1-1/4 inch which acts as my own grab bar and makes the bathtub area easy to clean. The tub is a fresh, crisp white color which contrasts with the high gloss of chrome fixtures. I put the water spout toward the end of the tub with a spout and single handle diverter. This helps with getting in and out and not bumping your knees or arms while bathing.

Really gorgeous tub. It is the perfect size for our space, which makes the fact that I can't quite straighten my legs straight just fine, but if that is a big deal to you measure carefully. It was also too big to fit thru our bathroom door so our contractor had to expand the door, but that is a plus to me as my husband had told me no before on that idea! I can't wait for the project to be done so I can try it out. We are installing with a matte black wall mounted fixture

This is a great design for a small space. I'm 5'5" and for me it is very ergonomically designed. It is a wonderfully comfortable tub. Mind you our last one was a neck breaker with no sloped back so my bar was pretty low. The tub arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent, so good in fact that insisted on giving it to a sculptor who was grateful to have a 3 ply shipping box for his work. The delivery was completely painless. I was able to reschedule for a later date so I didn't have to store a tub in my tiny living room till the plumber was available. The delivery guys were exceptionally careful while bringing it in through our narrow hallway filled with paintings. I've only had the tub for installed for a week so I can't speak to it's durability yet.

We are obsessed with this tub, it feels like a personal pool. It is extremely roomy and plenty deep for soaking baths. The back angle is wonderful for leaning against and you have room to set a pillow on the back ledge. The sides are wide enough to set cups and all the edges are beveled in nicely, so the water does not spill over when kids are bathing in it. Best investment of the bathroom! Just beware, it does require a mortar bed for additional support and correct installation.

Nice tub for the price. Good quality, easy to install. The size is great. The extra 6 of width and depth makes a huge difference, perfect for taking a soaking bath. Minus 1 star as the floor being acrylic fiberglass has a bit of flex to it. There are 5 leveling feet and the flex is most at the mid points and around the drain. Bedding the base of the tub in mortar would resolve this but would require 3-4 depth and I didnt want to lay that much mortar onto my second floor framing since it would be near impossible to ever remove in the future without a jackhammer. The instructions only say to bed the feet of the tub in an inch or 2 to help with the leveling and keep it planted in place which I did do. Overall very satisfied with the tub. Wayfair delivery was good. Being my first large purchase, I didnt know what to expect. But the delivery guys called about 12 hour before arrival to confirm and placed the box in front of my garage per my instructions since we were out of the house. They were very polite on the phone. A delivery service.

Blown away! Much better than I imagined. Holds a lot of water, great slip proof bottom, great quality. Contractor was impressed and had no issues installing it. Previously ordered a tub from an online competitor and it was a disaster as they kept making appointments and not showing up, claiming issues with trucking companies, excess demand, blah, blah, blah. . Spent hours and hours on the phone calling and on hold with the defunctional trucking company, and the online retailer, lost PTO days waiting around as I desperately needed the tub in order for the construction to continue as the Contractor was extremely busy and delaying delivery was going to cause a major completion delay after the bathroom demolition had occurred. After all that they finally delivered a damaged tub. I searched other big box stores and none had this tub for 2-3 months. One of them gave a false delivery date and charged my card but after contacting one of the stores was told they weren't expecting any till July the earliest. So had to put a stop on construction till I figured out what to do. When I found the exact tub on Wayfair and they delivered and carried it up 3 flights of stairs into whatever room needed for a nominal amount, I prepared myself for major disappointment. Too good to be true, right? They not only delivered it before the due date, gave me an appointment slot and called me before arriving but the tub was in perfect condition, not a scratch anywhere, nothing. Great customer service, super nice delivery people, and a perfect tub. If I had ordered it here first I wouldn't have lost PTO days, endured so much frustration, delays.... With all these flakey competitors taking advantage of the current situation, Wayfair figured out how to shine and rise above it. Bravo!!! If they sell it it's because they have it in stock and it's in good condition.

Ok, this purchase is number 2 of 2 from Wayfair and another 5-star rating/review! After some consultation with our contractor and plumber we decided the Kohler Archer tub was a good tub to get. I looked around the big stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, Sam's as well as Kohler.com. The price at Wayfair was over $200 less and delivered to my home. We ordered the tub on 25 Sept 2017 and the advertised delivery was said to be 17 Oct. However, the tub was delivered on 5 Oct - 11 days after ordering! The tub was delivered by the sub-contracted company Mountain Men Delivery. The not-so-heavy tub was meant to be delivered to the door but my wife asked if they'd go nine stairs further for some cold teas and they had no problem doing so! The tub arrived with no dents, scratches or cracks. I'll update this post if our plumber finds or has any issues during install. Bottom line: Easy shopping, great price, excellent order-to-delivery time and no scratches, dents or cracks! Updated 18 Oct 2017: Plumber had no issues or concerns during his install!

We remodeled our master bath and chose this soaking tub. It's not a lengthy tub, but we wanted this size, because we expanded our shower space, which we use more frequently. I am 6 feet tall and can just barely straighten my legs in the tub, which is fine. My wife used our old jetted bathtub once in the last 5 years, but has used this one 7 times in the last 2 months. We love the sloped end for your back - very comfortable. We installed our filler on the side as opposed to the end, and that works fine. I like the built-in overflow too, as some tubs don't have this feature. Installation was easy (for the subcontractors) after relocating the floor drain and running water to the filler location. We love the look!

I was going crazy looking at tubs in all price ranges to try and find something that was deep and had a simple, clean design to complement my bathroom remodel. I'm so glad I found this one. It's as deep or deeper than anything else I could find, and the style is perfect. The tub arrived several days before I was expecting it, which was great. (Except it meant I had to work faster on my bathroom!) Two hand-holds on each end of the box made it easy for two people to carry into the house. It arrived totally undamaged and despite its light weight it felt very solid with no flex like some acrylic or plastic tubs I've had before. The corners of the skirt were covered with protective black plastic sleeves. Good idea, because that would be an easily damaged part of the tub. Do be careful in handling the tub without the box, because it's very easy to want to rest it on one of those corners. Placing the tub into the alcove was as easy as you can expect. The front side is supported by the skirt (which, by the way, is reinforced with a cross member that runs along the whole skirt and is connected to the rest of the tub, so it it doesn't flex). There are two adjustable legs in the back. Obviously, it's easier to level if you can access those legs through an unfinished wall, or access panel. In my case, I had just leveled my subfloor, so I was able to level the tub then slide it into the alcove. It took a few tries, but since it's so lightweight it was not difficult, especially with someone to help slide it in and out. Most acrylic tubs require a mortar bed beneath to prevent the bottom from flexing. The manufacturer's installation directions do not say to do this, although I suppose it wouldn't hurt anything. Since this tub is an acrylic/fiberglass mixture, along with the placement of the legs, seems to make this tub plenty stiff and strong enough to make a mortar bed superfluous. Standing in the tub, I didn't notice and flex whatsoever, and I weigh over 200 lbs. I did add fiberglass insulation around and under the tub to help keep the water warm as long as possible. At the time of this writing, we have not yet bathed in the tub, but it's installed, the plumbing is in and tested for a wall-mounted spout, and the backer board is in place in the alcove. I'll be tiling the alcove in the next few days. My wife loves the look of the tub as much as I do, and anxiously awaits being able to have an actual deep soaking tub in our home for the first time.

This tub is beautiful and roomy for its footprint -- nice finish. Does a good job of holding temperature. One note of caution to buyers -- it has an unusual flex drain hook up. Our plumber had never seen one like it. Also, because of the flex hook up, water drains a little slowly -- especially when there is not a lot of water pressure (makes sense since the water is actually flowing sideways in the flex hose). Overall, a great tub that doesn't look like every other tub out there.

I was building a house so it was almost a year between the time I purchased this tub and installed it. My plumber and I were a bit confused about how to anchor it to the floor. There are adjustable feet to level it, but there aren't any brackets or anything to hold it in place. We checked and double checked the instructions and youtube and you just put silicon around the bottom. I was skeptical that it would hold the tub in place, but it does. It's a beautiful tub and it's very comfortable. You can fill it with enough water that you can almost float and there's plenty of room for two. Pros: Great value, easy to install, beautiful, comfortable.
