Welling Performance Southwestern Rug

I love this rug SO much! It changed the whole feel of the house and it’s very comfortable to walk on and soft. I was worried it would look rainbow, but the color is neutral and the details are so beautiful. I wanted a bohemian midwestern look and it looks so good. My sofa looks more expensive…lol. No smell either.

Lovely rug, nice and thick, but every time I vacuum it I have to clean the rollers and brush on the vacuum.

Extremely Disappointed with Low Quality and Terrible Customer Service I purchased a carpet from Wayfair, and within just four months, with minimal traffic, the carpet began fraying along the longitudinal edge. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. For a product that was supposed to last much longer, it’s clear that the quality is incredibly poor. I contacted Wayfair to resolve the issue, hoping they would either replace the carpet or offer a reasonable solution. However, their response was shocking — they offered me a meager 10% discount on my next purchase. This was a slap in the face, especially given that the product failed so quickly. The carpet’s poor quality and Wayfair’s lackluster customer service make it clear that they don’t stand behind their products. I will definitely be avoiding Wayfair in the future. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different retailer with better quality control and customer support.
