It looks really nice, but the fact that I ordered 2 and neither one of them came with the remote, which I’m upset about!

A slight hiccup with the first one I ordered, but the manufacturers sent a new one out ASAP. Great customer service.

Absolutely ❤️ this product, perfect size water tank and colors totally relaxing , but Im still playing with the settings of timer, but there was a slight defect but nothing that effectively the way it operates. Right side inlip handle seems were slightly off and when you pour water into tank it leaked a little but you can repair it with gorilla glue around it to sealed off leak (and it worked ) price was worth the value of this product. Delivery was a day earlier than expected. I should say thank you, FedEx, for that delivery proof photo I really enjoyed that, Sincerely Kimberly Brown Yes, I will be purchasing from the wayfair site again. Just FYI, if youre on a budget, dont forget to use that offer from wayfair after pay installing payments. GREAT CONCEPT WORKS WELL WITH BUDGETING.
