First of all, me and my semi-young, 80-year-old friend put this loveseat together. It was stated in the instructions that it would take 30 minutes to put together, which wasn't true. Basically, all you had to do was turn the loveseat over and screw in the four wooden legs. Sounds simple, right? But if you are someone who suffers from arthritis, screwing in the four legs was extremely difficult (for both of us). At the end of each leg (where you had to screw it into the couch itself), had a rubber tip that made it more difficult. The rubber tip gets absorbed into the hole. It probably took us (with both of us taking turns) a good 60 mins+ and by the time we were finished, both of our hands were extremely sore and painful. I do like the couch. I ordered the purple one. The material is slightly rough and unless you have some pillows to lean against (your back), you will feel the buttons from the back of the couch. I purchased two dark purple and two aqua pillows which really accent the couch. My living room is small and this loveseat fits perfectly.

OH MY GOD. This couch is BEAUTIFUL. It's so soft and it's so decadent -- it's perfect for a statement piece in our living room. I was worried about getting a velvet couch since we have dogs (I originally planned to do a leather one to avoid some of the clean up), but honestly, any hair that has gotten on it so far (and it's probably too early to say this, but whatever!), we've just wiped right off with our hand. Nothing is sticking into the fabric like with our old couches. Also, the color is soooo perfect (we did emerald) with our deep walnut hardwood floors. We matched this couch with two beige midcentury modern armchairs and some walnut side tables and coffee table, and it's just so lovely. Yes, it's firm, but honestly, add a few pillows and I'm sure it will be comfy enough for anyone. How the arms are also give you a really nice spot to lean in and get cozy. The delivery guys were amazing -- they made sure to call us when they were running behind, gave us an update when they'd be there, they called when they rang the doorbell and no one answered (had to wrangle our dogs before we could let them in), and they made sure to shake our hands and introduce themselves. We didn't pay for the set up (it's so easy -- twist in the legs and you're done), but they offered to open the box and haul away the trash for us. BUY THIS COUCH.

I'm pleased with this sofa - I managed to put it together myself although did have a bit of trouble lining up one of the holes. The frame feels sturdy, the cushions are comfortable. The seats are not deep but I knew that when I chose it. The back cushions attach with velcro to the back of the sofa, this is good because it holds them in place, but not so good if I move in a certain way and hear the velcro ripping. Pleased with the colour, it's a nice neutral stone/oatmeal/beige - not a yellowy beige and the fabric is soft to the touch. I don't consider it an expensive piece of furniture and as such am happy with the quality. I was expecting it to arrive in a long box, but the package was big and square - the sofa comes in two halves and the packaging was quite ingenious - things were packed inside of other things, it's pretty amazing it all fit inside the size of box it came in. Cushions are not reversible but I think it says that in the description. Cushions can be removed and the covers can be taken off.

I bought this set a few weeks ago. The couch and matching loveseat. I have always purchased furniture in a store so this was a somewhat skeptical purchase. It arrived a day early on my doorstep. They were huge boxes and I was wondering how in the heck I was going to get them in the house. I simply rocked the boxes tipped them end over end through the front door. It was quite easy. I am a 49 year old partially disabled woman and this was a surprisingly easy task to accomplish. It was very easy to open the boxes and pull the couch and love seat out. The assembly was so simple, all the tools were there and the couch and love seat were in perfect condition. This is a small set perfect for small living spaces or smaller homes. I love it the cushions are very nice and it is quite comfortable to sit on. It is lightweight and easy to move around, the fabric is great. I have 4 big dog’s and any mess you simply wipe clean. It was worth what I paid. Very happy.

I was in desperate need of a couch when the pandemic hit. I live in a NY sized apartment on the 2nd floor with no elevator. All things considered I decided to order from a big furniture company and have it brought just up the stairs. Long story short it didn't work out so in turn I kept searching for one here on Wayfair. Finally, I found this incredibly affordable couch that I can genuinely say is not a "you get what you pay for" type scenario. You get a lot MORE. It is not cheaply made (which means it will hold up) and fairly simple to put together. You will need another person to help you bring it up the stairs but it's not back breaking heavy. I'm 5'3 and able to lie completely flat on the couch and still have room on one end. The seat of the couch reminds me of a futon (Not in a negative way!). Its firm but comfortable, which I prefer in my opinion, and doesn't hurt when you sit for awhile. The cushioning is completely even and sturdy, you won't have to worry about one side sagging more than the other over time. The back cushions are evenly and nicely filled as well AND removable. I love how it also came with the 2 additional cylindrical pillows for the ends. Just to add, (Not one part of this entire review is an ad or sponsored in anyway btw even though it totally reads like it) because this couch was SO affordable and I had originally prepared to pay the hefty $800+ price tag that commonly comes with a sofa and had the opportunity to purchase this one instead, I thought why not also purchase the Garren Club Chair along with it, pair that ALSO with an ottoman (Ulverst Ottoman) and call it a party?! So that's what I did. In the end I ended up with a complete living room and paid over $100 LESS than what I paid previously for ONE TINY couch through a huge furniture company. 3 for less than the price of 1! For the Garren Club Chair, it's exactly like this sofa but a smaller version. It's a one and a half seater. VERY roomie and the perfect fit for a single person and a medium sized fur baby to fit comfortably! This chair comes with the cylinder pillows as well. Lastly, if you're interested in pairing it with an ottoman, I found that the Ulverst Ottoman is the exact height of both the couch and chair. The are 2 cons to the ottoman although one is easy and affordable to resolve whilst the other would be based on how visually picky a person you are. First, the ottoman is about two shades darker than the couch and sofa but is still able to blend in. Personally, I hardly notice and therefore doesn't bother me. Second, it is commonly found that you will need some washers for two of the legs as they ended up shipping two shorter and two longer ones in some cases. I resolved this by layering some of that sticky felt between the base and shorter legs to even them out instead. You'll need some anyways to keep the ottoman from scraping the floor if you don't have carpet. No wobbling has occured since! This is the first review I've written in my entire life. I just thought of all the people who reviewed before me that helped me come to a decision on what I should invest in. Without them, I never would have! I was so satisfied with this purchase that I had to share in hopes of being able to help somebody as well! Good luck !

Very pleased with the loveseat. It is exactly what I expected. As a grad student living in a studio apartment, I needed something relatively small and inexpensive. Other reviewers claim the loveseat is "smaller than expected" but that absolutely should not be the case for those who took the time to investigate what 52.4 inches wide actually looks like. Grab a tape measure if you're unsure and you'll see that 52.4 inches (armrests included) is just enough room to barely fit two average sized people or for one person to lay down with their feet hanging off the edge. It's a shame some will give a poor review to a product for the simple fact that they weren't paying attention to the product's description. Buy the full size couch if you're looking for more room. It's only slightly more expensive and has similarly positive reviews. Obviously the loveseat is not going to be the most comfortable loveseat but the comfort level is definitely acceptable for the price. I was slightly frustrated assembling the armrests because the skinny wrench you're given constantly slips off the nuts and you definitely want these on tight. I also had issues sliding the railing of the back piece into the base by myself. My suggestion is to hold the back piece such that your hands are on the rails on both sides simultaneously so that you can feel when you're inside the larger railing on the base (as opposed trying to eyeball it).

This was the first couch I've ever purchased online. Actually my first piece of furniture I've ordered online without seeing it first or knowing someone who has it already. I was so skeptical about doing so and read all the reviews a few times. I initially purchased an open-box couch but when I got the email that it was canceled because it was sold out, I decided to just try this one. I'm seriously SO glad that I bought this couch. I'll be purchasing the loveseat next. The delivery was annoying as the window was 7-11 am on a Saturday. The guys texted me saying they'd be there around 10:00 am. They didn't arrive until 11:20, which was past the delivery window but whatever. They put it inside the house for me and I unwrapped it, moved it, and put the legs on myself. I'm a 26-year-old female, if I can do it so can you! The couch is light enough to move but isn't light enough to make you think its cheap. I sat on it the day I got it and it was really comfortable - not too soft, not too hard. Literally perfect. I took my first nap on it yesterday and it was so peaceful and amazing. I bought this to put in the basement of our new house and I kind of wish they had a sectional from this line for my upstairs living room! I can't comment on how it holds up as I've only had it a few weeks and sat on it a couple of times as we're not living in the new house yet. I have a feeling that the cushions will start to smush down but I can always add stuffing as there are zippers on the back. The one thing that others may not like is that the cushions don't have velcro to prevent them from moving. I haven't found that they move an awful lot but if that's something that bothers you, you could always add velcro. It's just that you wouldn't be able to swap the cushions around like its recommended. But if you're questioning whether you should buy this couch - don't question it. Do it. It's worth it. Plus the way I looked at it was; if I didn't like it, I could return it or sell it.

The color and design is what led us to buy this sofa and matching armchair/ottoman. We recently painted our living room a light gray and it offsets the azure color of the sofa really well. Assembly was super easy - out of the box and set up in about 15 min. Sofa sits pretty high off the floor. I'm 6 ft tall and my knees are bent almost a perfect 90 degrees when sitting. My girlfriend is 5 ft 4 in tall and she is on her tippy toes when sitting. The back of the sofa is low - don't expect any neck support unless you're slouched pretty low (potentially at the expense of your lower back). Using the ottoman can mitigate this issue. Cushions are super stiff out of the box. Hoping they soften up a bit with use. I'd say the quality of construction is "meh" - they just don't build 'em like they used to. But that goes for just about everything these days... In short, if you're on a budget (or have a cat prone to tearing furniture apart) and want some cool looking furniture, go for it. If you've got dough and no pets, look elsewhere.

GREAT & AFFORDABLE mid-century modern style sofa! Works perfectly in my contemporary/transitional style townhouse. Much of my other furniture and decor lean towards mid-century modern. It comes in one gigantic box (see photos) & the legs are in a zippered compartment in the underside of the sofa. Attach the legs and voilà! You're ready to go! I got the gray color (the darker of the 2 grays), and it has a very nice tweed-like texture made up of 2 gray tones; so from a distance it has a charcoal heather look. It is not a solid, flat gray. The fabric looks very sophisticated. The seat is very deep, so it will require some throw pillows to put behind you to support your back/lumbar area. The cushions are also firm; you will not sink into this sofa. I like the firmness. Our old sofa was too soft & squishy, and the back cushions became totally misshapen and unattractive. This sofa does not have separate back cushions, so it should hold up much, much better. Once I have more throw pillows, it will be perfect. For reference, the coral throw pillow in the photos measures 17" x 17". I am going to get 2-3 more pillows (in a turquoise/aqua blue) that measure 20" square in order to have a variety of sizes. It's been about 2 months since we got it, and I really love this sofa. I also like the overall experience of shopping on Wayfair. The sofa arrived a little early, but with plenty of email notice/tracking so I was not surprised. I paid a little extra to have them carry it in, assemble it, and remove the packaging. Worth it! I have found a number of great, affordable, stylish items on Wayfair for our home, which we completely renovated from top to bottom. Very, very pleased.

I ordered this couch in July, with the delivery option that they would bring it in my house. That part was easy - delivery guys were nice and it took about 2 minutes. I removed all the legs from the box, which was obviously easy. Then came the issue - the couch itself (seat and back) is in one piece in the packing box, with no room to spare. I live alone and getting it out of the box by myself was difficult, as my arms are not long enough to reach both ends of the couch at the same time. Once I finally got the couch out of the box, I screwed on the legs. 3 out of the 4 were easy; 1 of them was a little difficult. Like others have said, the middle leg does NOT touch the ground. Not an issue as of yet, just weird. Couch seemed nice. Nice fabric, no rips, pillows in good condition, looks nice and modern. However, I guess I didn't realize that the actual back of the couch (the hard back, not the back cushion) is the same height as the arms, so it's very low. The back cushion obviously makes it look higher, but there is no hard support behind the top half of the back cushion, since the back only goes halfway up the cushion. Not an issue for me, but may be for others. Have had the couch 6 months. Cushions started off firm but now they are quite soft (at least on the end I sit on). No rips, no tears, no visible issues. However, during the past month, the frame itself has started creaking every time I sit down, or move. This makes me a little nervous that maybe the frame is going to break/splinter. Not thrilled with this, as it's only been 6 months and I am one person of average weight sitting on the couch. Time will tell.

Soooo… I love her! She doesn’t have a name yet, but after further naps and familial insight, I’m sure we’ll come up with something. All jokes aside, this sectional is LEGIT. I just went through the worst break up of my LIFE… finding a new place during the pandemic was traumatic annnnnd I left with absolutely nothing. No furniture. None. This was my first purchase as a free woman and I couldn’t be more pleased. I needed a pick me up and coming home to see this beauty in my living room after long nights at work definitely did the trick. I received the email alert that it was back in stock earlier than expected and ordered it ASAP(it does NOT last long 3 days or so later… gone). The estimated delivery was very accurate. Grateful. I opted for the upgraded entryway delivery. Very much necessary, as I live on the second floor. I did have to reschedule my delivery time and date initially I work nights and the 3-7p.m window just was not feasible. Again, seamless. The delivery team called 30 minutes prior to arriving and were on time, also reasonably pleasant considering the nasty cold, two flights of stairs and my two MASSIVE parcels. The boxes are huge. Seriously. I measured my door before ordering, still, the railing in front of my door didn’t allow for the boxes to be maneuvered properly. Again, the delivery men were SAINTS. They took both pieces out of the boxes and eased them right in. Again, very grateful. The couch was protected by the heavy plastic film shown in the picture. I cut that off VERY carefully and took literally 10 seconds to attach the two adjoining pieces. Piece of cake. Since she’s been in my home, I’ve rolled and layed. Layed and rolled. I’ve stretched out, kicked back, feet up. No drooling as of yet… but very close to it. The sectional is absolutely what I expected it to be Luxurious. It’s soft, velvety, extremely wide and PERFECT for your bachelorette pad ladiessss. Obviously I’m structuring my entire living room layout around this piece and I’m SO excited. It’s big. Definitely a statement. In a good way. Not a regular “couch”. This is a cool couch. All jokes aside, if you look at this particular item and like it… just get it. I searched for something comparable and there’s nothing out there. This is the one. Unlike my ex boyfriend, it will not disappoint. Thank you, Wayfair! You all made a very frustrating time in my life that much easier with your business practices and quality product. Much appreciated.

This is an awesome piece for the price. I would have given it 5 stars, but it arrived with issues that could not be blamed on shipping. A noisy spring, a loose leg, and uneven holespieces. I wish manufacturers in China would simply take more care with regards to quality control, but what can you do I do appreciate the low seat height 15”H. It’s great for shorter legs. I also like the high back. Pretty comfy to lounge in for a stiffer piece of furniture. The material is very pretty and soft. Seems easy to spot clean. I’m pretty savvy with putting furniture together by myself, but it’s hard when holes and pieces are not cut accurately. Thus, minus one star. These days - You get what you pay for. This is a great piece for the price. I must say, Wayfair always gives great Customer Service, which is why I keep coming back.

First of all the delivery was really fast, the instruction was easy to follow. the parts & tools were like your best friends found in the box. Its a bit heavy & as instructed there should be two people to put it together. The look? its awesome! Four days later after the delivery we had a little get together & we received good compliments from our guests. Its an elegant couch..yes it isn't like those softy-soft sofa that you'll sink in when you sat down but this is more firm which I don't mind because that's good for my back problems. I procrastinated a lot & thought which sofa is best for our situation. This is it, the color, the size, and the price. I just missed a day when they lower/reduced the price of this sofa. I should have waited a day more. I am once again a happy shopper & thanks to Wayfair :) . Lovely!

First, it is very beautiful in the Blush color, but I am going to move the furniture around to switch where I chose to place it. Next, it was missing the wide, brown plastic washers that go at the top of the legs. The box with the legs was not placed inside the bottom compartment of the sofa, it was just banging around inside the box. Which brings me around to... The box with the legs had been sitting next to the right arm piece. When I was assembling, I noticed there is a crack going down the length of the piece. Kinda hard to see in pics. The back piece would not attach with the given screws, the left one just wouldn't lock in on the threaded hole, which does not match up with the given hole. Good thing I am thrifty, and clever, I dug into the original set of hardware and finally got one of those two screws to fit. It was tough....worked on it about 35min. It was not frustrating, just an uncomfortable inconvenience, lying on my concrete floor, with splinters falling onto my face and lashes, knuckles getting raw from rubbing against the wood framing. But, I did get to see how the piece is put together, not too good... I have another one already, wanted a set, but I did not do the assembly on the first one. Yes, it is very firm, but I don't really have a problem with that. I sleep on it all-the-time! No problems! I am 5.5 and 104. After seeing for myself, how this piece is made, I am Amazed my first one has held up this past year! I, literally, live on this piece! It seems to regain its form when I am gone for work, and looks ok! The buttons do threaten to fall off, but don't. They do pinch, but I seem to have, instinctively developed a behavior of sitting in such a way, that they don't pinch me anymore. Customer service sent an entire replacement hardware kit for the washers for the legs that were missing. I used the extra screws from the original set, to attach the back piece. None of the screws would 'catch', and the predrilled holes didn't line up, but finally, I got one of the four pieces to fit. Now, just have to let Cust Srvc know about the crack down the right, arm piece. Will update review as soon as I have the Arm issue addressed. Beautiful sofa! Update: After contacting Cust Srvc, decided to 'return' sofa for a full refund. My reason for choosing to return this Beautiful piece, is not only the hassle of disassembling to replace the damaged arm piece, but mainly, the inconvenience of the replace-reassemble process. My place is small already, it has been a challenge to move-shuffle pieces around in here, and, keep it uncluttered. So, I am letting it go, donating to my local boys club thrift store. Before they pick it up, I will post pics of just how beautiful it was. Too bad. But Customer has been Wonderful! They always show their customers empathy and understanding. I'll be back... with another update and whatever piece I get to replace it with.

I put it together by myself, which was quite the task alone. I'd recommend having at least one person who can help you flip it around and who can help you screw pieces in. That being said, it's a great couch. It's very comfortable, and I've started to like it even more as I've had it. My parents told me it looks like a couch that costs more money than it actually did, which is always a nice thing for parents to say, I suppose. I haven't yet utilized the futon ability since putting it fully together, but I did lay face down on it when I was struggling to put it together by myself and decided I needed to take a break. I am 5'10", and I found it extremely comfortable. My 6'5" boyfriend most certainly will not fit on it, but that will just be a fun surprise for him when he comes to visit and wants to nap but does not want to walk the 30 feet to a bed. (Why are boyfriends even like that?) It's a little lower to the ground (and I do mean a little -- it's not bad) compared to a normal couch, but it's not bad at all. I accepted it as comfortable in my own home pretty quickly, and now it's just a pleasant surprise when I sit on a real couch and I feel like a regal queen. If you put this couch together, you will feel the most victorious person on the planet and I will be proud of you. I am proud of you regardless, but there's a certain kind of solidarity if you put it together by yourself, you know? Ironic, yeah, but let it happen. It's wildly comfortable and great for the money, as it is a full-sized futon. Oh, also, it's impossible to get out of the box. I recommend ripping rather than using a box cutter, as the box is exactly the right size and you don't want to chance slicing up your great new futon.

Delivery on this item worked well..........thank goodness I typed in the tracking number to Fedex website because Wayfair website said it would be delivered on a day later. Fedex was right on. My son helped me unbox it; it was in a cardboard box with a few dings in it, wrapped tightly in Bubble Cushion and well protected. Like other reviews indicated, the back of the loveseat is SO low, no way could you sit on it and lean back unless it was placed against a wall. Half of mine is against a solid wall, but the other half is in front of a window..........so it will make for limited comfortable seating. Overall size is SMALL. The cushions (seating ones) are hard, but for extra seating, it will work as needed. My grandson pulled out the "bed" and he is looking forward to sleeping on it. That is the biggest reason I purchased it. Seems sturdy, fits a tight area and the bed seems adequate for sleeping, whether for one adult, or two children. The seat height on it is perfect, not low at all, as other reviews suggested. Just set it up today, so hopefully will live up to my expectations and hold up well. The material is nice and the color Brown is a deep brown and could be coordinated with blue, green or other color pillows. Gave it four stars because haven't had enough time to test it.................

So far, so great! I purchased two as my partner and I needed something more individually customizable when he's over. Delivery was faster than expected (wayyyy faster!), the dark blue is beautiful, they are firm and relatively easy to use. I know that the construction of the folding section is necessary to make sure it doesn't slip down once you push on it, but make sure you give yourself several extra inches on that side to lay it flat every time you want to change the position - that or be prepared to lift it every time you want to switch. The folding part will not change position until you lay it completely flat. I can tell that, as a lounger, the seat is eventually going to start to sag - with the base folded at the bottom and nothing to support between it and the main seat, it will naturally begin to sag, but they're holding well so far! There was a bit of a hefty smell when first opened but it vanished after 24 hours. The piece comes fully assembled; you just need to place and unfold. The only frustration I have right now is that, on one of the two I bought, when I shift it into lounge position, the head piece and seat piece don't have quite enough room to fit together side by side, so I have to force the cushion upwards to get it to lock into place, but it seems to be easing up now with some time. Probably just needs some wiggling. They ARE quite firm, as many have mentioned in varying degrees of opinions - I LOVE it: they've been very helpful for my bad back, both in terms of helping my posture when I'm trying to sit straight (because I don't sink all the way in, AND my feet touch the floor without hurting the backs of my knees, which is remarkable for a 4ft, 11inch tall girl) and because I can shift back in any position once sitting straight does start to hurt. They've been great! I love them so far!
