This is a very comfortable chair. I was looking for something smaller than my current desk chair and this fit the bill for that. This is perfecty designed for a conference table. Wheels move easily and the up/down system makes it perfect for people of any height. Although it does not have the tilt mechanism for a tilt function, but does have some "give" when you lean back. While well constructed, assembly was a challenge at there are really no instructions, except for a drawing of how to attach the parts that was an exploded view of how all the parts went together which was almost impossible to read.
