I love this set! It is perfect for a small area that needs a pop of color. It fit perfectly in our very small entryway. It is a beautiful blue. Both pieces are not smooth to the touch, a bit of a rough feeling since it is distressed. It was easy to install. I used a yardstick in my pictures so you could get a better perspective on size. The upper shelves were a good weight and came put together. The bench is light weight and you did have to put together, but easy and no problems doing so. You are able to level feet a bit, so that was nice. It was worth it for the sale price I purchased, but I probably would not have purchased at full price (over 600) only because it is a small set.
