This easily could have been a 5-star bench if customer service actually existed on this website. The bench arrived in a timely manner. It's solid and beautiful, and keeps my shoes nicely stored instead of in a big pile by the door. I got it put together pretty easily, but when I went to insert the drawers, the right hand side kept jamming. After much experimenting and investigating, I concluded that the issue was with the divider. I ordered a replacement part, which arrived in a timely manner -- and after taking the whole thing apart to install the new piece, I realized that the runners were a completely different size (photo shows old and new divider side by side. You can see how incredibly different the width of the runners are). And here's when it all went downhill: I notified Wayfair of the issue with the divider. After 2 weeks of no response to my numerous attempts at communication, I finally just put in a request for another replacement divider. It's been over a week since then and that part hasn't shown up nor have I received any indication that it's on the way. I finally got so frustrated that I took apart the drawer and just secured the front into the hole so it looks nice. I didn't buy it for the drawers so I'm fine that it's just decorative, but the fact that I had to treat something that is supposed to be NEW like it is something USED is ridiculous. Especially after spending a good bit of money on it. Bench is nice: buy it if you aren't too concerned about having wonky (possibly non-functioning) drawers.
