I’m giving it 4 stars because it was a PAIN to put together. Hours with an Allen wrench and they’ve made the washers plastic, so unless it’s perfectly centered it just won’t go in. That being said, I had read the reviews and wasn’t expecting it to be a piece of cake. The dresser itself is nice. Heavy and not wobble once assembled. The drawers handles were rusty and boring, so I ordered some inexpensive ones from elsewhere for 10. It’s a good find, as I had looked for a long time to find one to find this exact space perfectly. Not too difficult to put together, but some of the holes were not aligned which messed with the drawer tracks. One drawer only fits in one position and is difficult to slide in and out. The alignment of the drawers when closed is all off as well. They look crooked and some sides stick out more than others. Also, the drawers could be a little deeper. when closed, theres still about 3-4 inches of space behind them in the body of the dresser. Quality of the materials is not too bad though.. Brian. Very pleased with the quality and ease of installation with this dresser! Can tell it is well made and sturdy. I was also able to put this together by myself (did have to carry each piece one by one) but the instructions were easy to follow. Drawers aren’t very deep but looks great. The dresser is well made, easy to put together and seems very sturdy. However, I dont feel it has as much color variation as the picture shows. Exactly what I needed. I wanted a dresser for my changing pad and I needed big drawers to be able to fit diapers, wipes, blankets, onesies, etc! This is perfect for that. I’m pretty happy with this dresser as far as functionality goes. There were some scratches on the pieces upon opening the package which was disappointing but I am keeping it because I purchased the matching crib. I will note that the dresser was in better condition than the crib was (it was is very poor shape). Good to note that not all the drawers close flush to the structure which would usually annoy me enough to want to return but after putting it together alone at 8 months pregnant - I couldnt be bothered. The size is pretty good. The drawers feel a little small, but I still managed to fit all my unborn babies newborn, 0-3 month and a few 6 months clothing inside. Along with some swaddle blankets. It serves its purpose and fits the traditional sized changing mat nicely on top. The walnut legs are my favorite part to be honest (even though the staining is uneven). A bit of a hassle to assemble. Some of the pieces were wither made incorrectly or warped as they they did not want to fit together correctly. Looks great now that it is together.
