The chairs were delivered as promised. The instructions were extremely basic, but easy enough to follow. There were some areas where the paint was scraped/chipped off a three of the chairs. I only had one chair that was not wobbly after we assembled them. The instructions regarding "if wobbly" did not help. Hopefully with them being the uneven, will not cause them to break prematurely. They are a little on the small side as we have a very tall family. Overall, they are nice looking chairs, but may not hold up long term with everyday use. UPDATE: These chairs held up for only 6 months. They became very weak and unstable. Suddenly one of the chairs broke on Easter when a family member was sitting on it. I contacted Wayfair via email / chat and they instructed me to contact Square Trade (extended warranty) and tell them what happened as it was outside of the 30 day return policy. I contacted Square Trade and they explained that this matter was still covered with Wayfair and to contact them. At this point, I am getting upset as I have chairs that I can't use and getting the run-a-round. I waited a day and called Wayfair. Told them the situation and wow, we can take care of this!! Great but not so great as the refund could only be applied to the original form pf payment. This card that I used to purchase the chairs was fraud alerted and deactivated. So, I asked if they could send it via bank account routing number; no was the reply. They issued a store credit. 5 days later I am still searching for chairs... I have had very good experiences with Wayfair and will probably order from them again, I just will be careful with selections. I just think that this was a bad product. SO BEWARE!!! This could not have been predicted that my card would be compromised during the same time the chairs gave out. These chairs exceeded my expectations. They are light tan, but more on the cream side which is exactly what I wanted. The quality is very nice. They weren’t terribly complicated to assemble, but tedious using an Allen wrench times 9 screws each chair, times my 8 chairs. Real wood frames. Love these chairs! Comfortable and easy to assemble! Only 2 parts (legs seat)! The legs are already assembled for you and have nice protector glides on the bottoms! Loved that! Boxes came slightly damaged but contents were in good condition. I ordered 8 (4sets). It’s for my 2nd home so I like that there’s easy to clean and look stylish. Funny, they remind me of grade school chairs with modern legs. I will say though, we are not tall people (all under 5’10) so not sure how these would be for a largertaller person. *Adding, the thing I liked least was the residual plastic remnants left of the screw holes after removing the protective cover on the legs. Tedious to remove, but it’s “out of sight” and doesn’t effect usability. But other than that it was quick ship, we’ll priced, looks good and comfortable. So I recommend.. June. Love the style and design, fabric looks of good quality and hi end. The beige is light not yellow. Legs are metal but painted like wood grains. Seat if on the form Sid e it with enough cushion to make them comfortable. What make the backrest to feel a bit low to rest your back. I am 5’7” and back feels low to me and can’t really fully rest my back in it. On the bad side some screws did not fitmatch the holes on the bottom, and other screws came off the first day. I will call customer service and see if I can get a replacement of 2 chairs but besides that it’s a nice chair but not design to be sitting on it for too long.. Eduardo. I love these chairs so much! The cushion is a bit stiff but I expected that and I think they'll break in a bit with use (like most dining chairs do). The quality is great, the price is on point and the assembly was so so simple. All of my screws/holes lined up perfectly. Seriously solid chairs. There are 2 tricks to assembly 1. Don’t tighten the leg bolts until AFTER you have the bottom I base installed or else you won’t get the base on. If your chair is wobbly, loosen the leg bolts, stabilize the chair, then retighten. 2. To screw on the seat, find a table that is higher than the seat back, place the seat upside down on the table and the chair upside down on top.
