    I'm not involved in a school but liked this. It really rolls on the floor of my garage. My feet hurt and so I roll around. It didn't come with instructions, but they sent me a copy and then it was easy to assemble. It is also comfortable. If you're looking for this kind of thing, I recommend this one.

It is important that shooters of all sizes are sitting upright with backs straight, feet shoulder-width apart and flat on the ground. The adjustable stool perfectly matches the shooter with the table and pistol rest.
