GREAT sink; 4 stars for wrong description and bad customer service. This sink is amazing, as far as looks and the structure of the sink go. (It is not installed, so I cannot address the ease of installation or how it actually functions.) It came packed well in a closely-sized box, and had foam at the edges and baffles to prevent movement. The sink does not appear to have any damage and looks great. We just set it up in place for now, to get it out of the way. See pictures. **Please note: The included *faucet* does not come with a needed mounting kit. This is not noted in the online description. It states that mounting brackets aren't included for the *sink*, but the faucet is included and no mention that everything is not there to mount faucet to the sink. See attached picture of instructions. The customer service issue we had was with the wrong item shipped and the requested replacement. We ordered the correct size of 27" x 27.5" but we were sent the 18" x 18" sink, with a different model number. I called Wayfair immediately, and the customer service rep said, "The 27x27 is the outside dimensions but the inside of the sink tub is 18x18" ... but I pointed out that would make the sink walls 10" thick. Plus, I told her the entire width of the shipping box was only 19 inches. ***Beware***the online description is wrong and I think that caused the shipping confusion. The sink item is listed and priced at the 27x27.5 size, and the picture of the sink showing its dimensions is correct; BUT the "sink" description to the right of the dimensions picture is describing the smaller 18x18 sink. The wrong-sized sink came on Aug 11th. I asked for an expedited replacement, which they denied. My contractors left because they could do no more until the replacement sink arrived. The replacement came on Aug 25th. My contractors are hopefully coming back one day next week. That is an additional 3-week wait for my laundry room to be finished. I asked for a discount to compensate for the inconvenience but I was told I was getting the replacement for free and they could do no more. I didn't receive a credit for the purchase price, so I guess the "for free" meant they were reshipping the correct one and shipping back the wrong one for free. Fixing their mistake isn't a benefit, that is expected. Initally, they said I likely would not be asked to return the smaller sink. I felt this would be good compensation for the inconvenience. But then they did ask for it to be returned. Ultimately I did get what I paid for, just weeks later than it should have come. I do love the sink and the faucet, and it is a definite upgrade from the standard fiberglass laundry tub that we used to have. I will edit this later to talk about how installation goes and its function. Update -- the sink and faucet are installed and working fine. It seemed to be a reasonable installation, but we had our contractor put it in and we were gone so I can't really say for sure. Make certain to read the directions and instructions so you have all that you need to install before you begin. I love the look...sink is a wonderful size and so much prettier than the standard fiberglass one we replaced!. Selena. Fairmont, WV. 2020-09-11 12:41:09
