Best Faux Plants With Reviews

My first set I ordered arrived damaged, but it was easy to contact wayfair and get either a replacement or refund. I chose replacement and when I received the next set they were perfect and oh so cute. Really looks lovely anywhere you put it and definitely brightens up your room. Looks pretty real too, I received many compliments. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend adding this cute pair to your decor! You can't go wrong even if you get a damaged one customer service is great so you cant lose.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my agave. It fits right in with my real plants and no one can spot the impostor. I frequently get asked how I keep my agave alive without much sunlight! The narrow base makes it easy to fit into any container you choose to pot it in. Stands quite sturdy and although there are some seams in the plastic, it is not very noticeable and is mainly towards the base of the plant. Leaves are quite natural (and can be bent to shape with a little fiddling)

Packages arrived on time. I ordered five plants. One box was open when it arrived but the plant inside was just as beautiful as all the others. I ordered two of these. Placed them in my livingroom and I think they are gorgeous. All the plants do have a smell but I opened the windows for a couple of hours. I can still smell them a little if I get close to them. The smell is the reason I took away one star.

After trying for 18 months to keep real palm trees alive, I gave up! My condo is a corner unit with north and western exposure, so lots of light, but I couldn’t keep them alive. I went through 4, using a meter to tell me when to water, giving them plant food, keeping the temperature moderate - nothing worked until I decided to go fake! This palm is the perfect height for my room and gives life to a corner, adding greenery and anchoring the space next to my dining table. The palm ends up being shorter because to make it realistic, you should bend the branches. As other reviewers have stated, it comes in a tiny black plastic pot, Ike the kind you would get a real plant in at the garden store, NOT the white pot in the pictures. I was ok with that because I had the pot from my real plant. The pot it comes in is small and you can easily place in a larger decorative pot. I covered mine with river rocks otherwise it would fall over. Yes, you have to fluff out every branch, but that is expected when ordering any type of faux plant in the mail. Some of the leaves on the fronds are bent/wrinkled and I’m hoping over time they will straighten out. I may take my steamer and see if that helps. Note, I’m a bit of a perfectionist so others may not even notice. This palm is a larger size and has more branches than ones I have seen at some of the large discount stores (HomeGoods, TJMaxx, etc) which is why I decided to take a chance and buy online. I’m happy that I did. I’ve attached a few pics so you can see it in comparison to furniture, and a close up of leaves.

This plant is perfect for what I needed it for. I have a vacation rental and in the summer, we are booked continuously for weeks. Forgetting to water the plant in the powder room one too many times was a detriment to it's wellbeing. Plant #2 suffered the same fate, so I decided to go the fake route. This is a beautiful replica. Good quality, so much so that you have to touch it in order to see if it's real! There are no cons here. Price and quality are great! If you're on the fence with this one, buy it. You'll be happy you did.

Great topiary. I bought 2 just like this from Bed, Bath & Beyond for only $49.99. They were from Bee & Willow. I wanted 2 more but store was out. (Guess due to great price). So bought these from Wayfair for TWICE AS MUCH & they are identical to the ones from Bee & Willow. They are great quality & Bee & Willow doesn't carry them anymore so if you want these, buy from Wayfair. They are really nice. I'm putting them on my upstairs deck. There is no water source up there so can't have live plants. These trees are good for providing privacy and look pretty darn real (from a distance).

The items are true-to-size and life-like in appearance. However, the packaging was terrible, and one of the pots had multiple cracks. The three pots were set into cheap plastic that looked like a cupcake holder (see photo). There was no additional protection in the box at all. Fortunately the pottery cracked like a hard-boiled egg, so everything stayed in place. I will keep the order, since they are going on a shelf and I can turn the cracked side to the wall. UPDATE: After I sent a message that the packaging was poor, they sent me another complete set, which was undamaged, and I didn’t have to return the broken piece, so I’m upgrading my review from 3-stars to 4-stars, with my compliments to the customer service staff! But the packaging is still poor, so don’t be surprised if your order arrives damaged, but know that customer service will take care of you.

I bought 6 of these (48” H) to put in the planter boxes of 2 privacy screens (3 in each box - only 1 pictured in my review). I was a little hesitant because 6 total weren’t cheap, but they look amazing and it was worth it! Great quality, very full (I do recommend fluffing them out a lot after they come out of the box), and they look so realistic. Have also given me more privacy. Even “curlier” and more green than what was pictured in the product images, which I love. For context, the planter they’re sitting in is about 45” long, 13” tall, and 8” deep, and the privacy screen on top of the planter is about 61” tall (overall 6 ft. tall).

I purchased two of these topiaries for outside of my home and what a statement they make! From the street they look so real and I have had many compliments on them already from neighbors. I repotted them into urns and filled them with rocks and it gave them such a classic elegant appearance and completely transformed my front entrance. Talk about curb appeal! I am in love with them and cannot recommend them enough. They appear to be well made and sturdy, time will tell how they hold up to the elements. I purchased a double ball for in between my garage doors as well. The price was right and they shipped fast. I would buy them again and again. I may even get some for inside my home as well!

I don't know why the picture that I uploaded was on sideways but on my phone it is on the right way. Anyways, these two topiary plants are incredible. They packaged it nice and fit just right on the box without any deformities. Then, when you stand them, they're kinda leaning sidewards. But I don't really care about that because I can adjust it inside the pottery that I'm going to use. I'm not really a fake plant person, but the summer heat here in Vegas is really painful and a bunch of real plants that I put here have struggled. It turns out I like these not worrying theyre gonna turn brown and be dead.

I love the size of these indoor/outdoor topiaries. I plan to put mine in planter urns outside and then do plantings of annuals and tulip bulbs around them. For winter, these will add some evergreen elements to my garden but at the same time save me from having to trim, worry, shear or fuss with live plants. I'll also add some stems of greenery like pine and juniper for winter interest. The balls are big enough to be seen and make a statement yet the price is reasonable. They do look fake on closeup but I believe when other flowers and plants are put with them they'll look much more realistic. They have been outside 24/7 for almost a year and the greenery has maintained it's colour and has not faded. I highly recommend these and I would absolutely buy them again.

Absolutely Beautiful! We are in the process of updating the front of our house with new double doors and light fixture. The plants are exactly what I needed for the sides of the door. The height is a perfect to fit just underneath the standard light fixture and standard door size. I will use my existing pots after we have installed the door and fixtures. All you need is a bag of rocks to weight and secure the sides and a layer of dirt. The plants came very quickly from the time I ordered and well packaged. I read the previous reviews and anticipated needing to "fluff" the shape a little. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was and only took a few minutes. I was careful since the other reviews mentioned the branches falling off when reshaping. The trick is to not aggressively shape, but spread your fingers wide, barely insert them into the plant, carefully lift a few times on the outer twigs, and gently comb downward over the outside. There is no need to pull the branches down like you would shape a Christmas tree. These plants are so life like and the quality is impeccable! I will be purchasing 2 more for my back porch. Thanks to these beauties, I can't wait to finish my other home projects!

I have some mixed feelings about this one. First if your not close up they look like a real boxwood and they look beautiful in a planter. However, there is a problem with quality control with this item. I was sent two and one had a damaged tip and a deep space with a company tag attached in it. Wayfair sent a replacement and that tip was missing leaves this time I had two pieces that came off in the box, so I used green plant wire to tie them back on to the plant rather than sending it back, because Wayfair states I have a hire than average returns. I didn't think it would be worth having another return on my account. So I say buy beware! You may have to exchange what you receive.Also, close up you can tell that it's not real, but it doesn't have a cheap appearance.

I am pleased with my purchase! I’v planted my artificial 60’ H nandina trees and 36’ H curled grass in some dirt and mulch and it looks realistic to me. A lot of my family and friends came over later that day and also thought they were real. Overall, it was an effective purchase because it fulfilled its purpose. Lastly, if you’re someone who enjoys nature but not so much of what comes with real plants like insects then you should order you a pair. lol. I plan to order some more.

I am a very particular buyer of faux plant products. I was hoping for the best when I made this selection and I came back and bought three more!! In this case, I think they are good for viewing from a distance and they worked in my backyard, but I personally would not put them next to my front door because you can tell they are plastic. They are a resemblance to the actual product but, Nonetheless, closer up it is clear to me that they are plastic. You cannot do a lot to spread the leaves out because the wires will show, but then again an arborvitae plant is compact. Mine was a dark green and not the lighter color shown in the photo. The base is very well anchored, but you will want to put some moss (or dirt) to cover the filling of the pot. Best part is that they will not get any brown leaves and deer will not eat them. They were a little shorter than I expected, but when I measured them the entire length from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant is accurate. I will have these for years and can use them in many different applications around my yard or in the house for the holidays so I think it is a very good value at $45.

YES YES YES!!! This plant looks EXACTLY like the website photos which never happens. I spent a lot of time looking through reviews trying to find one I knew I’d love. I bought 2 of these to flank each side of the interior of my front door. It’s a perfect height as I will be adding planters to add more height. It is very sturdy with a heavy weighted base that feels like metal inside. It does not feel cheap at all. Surprisingly this was not the most expensive one I looked at, yet I thought this looked the most expensive and realistic. I never write reviews, but I’m writing this to hopefully help some future customers. I shared a photo of one of the leaves that popped off when I was styling it. I’m not sure if it was user error or just a defective leaf. But as you can see, NONE of the leaves are stationary. They have a cut in the base of each one that allows it to be moved to make it look realistic. Be careful and gentle when styling. It’s not easy to pop it back on because it might mess up all the other ones. It looks very realistic, and I think they achieve this by making the leaves loose. I spent about 20 mins carefully going leaf by leaf and curling each one down by hand. I promise if you take the time it really comes out great. This was packaged VERY well which is also surprising to me since so many places don’t do that anymore. I’m so happy I bought 2 and will be buying other faux plants from this company. 5 stars!!!

This item is of good quality and shipping time was quite reasonable. The only complaint is it was packed so completely in styrofoam that I had to take it outside and shake a snow storm out of it (wrapping in plastic first would have prevented this). The leaves are lightly fuzzy which gives a softness, and also ensured the entire plant was coated in ‘styrofoam pills.’ I love its look.

Would have been 5 stars BUT: the highest tip of the grasses was 22”, but overall it read as 16-18”. Width read as 9-10” at best. If you’re looking for a true 12”wide x 24” high you might want to go bigger. The grasses themselves look terrific! I just ordered a second one to complete the fullness needed and propped them up a few inches higher, inserting inside another container since the black plastic container it comes in is cheap and tiny (as expected).

Love these little jars. They added just enough color to any drab window or shelf area. They are very durable as my puppy loves to sit in the window where we have these. They have endured this companionship and stayed as attractive as the day I bought them. They also clean up super easy. Yes, the grass is made of a plastic type material so it may not be the most realistic appearing grass however for the price and pop they add to my window ledge they were a win/win.

THESE ARE GORGEOUS!!!! The sun on our front porch cooks every plant we put out there. They might last a month. I read the reviews and thought they were pricey but figured if they looked decent and lasted a year, I'd be ahead of the game. I've had for 6 months and they are the best. Our cat sitter literally went out to water them and realized once she was on top of them they were artificial. Our guests one night said "We need to know what type of flowers they are, we need them for our front porch." I said "FAKE ONES!". Hilarious, but seriously one less thing to worry about that look great on the front porch. They look like they will last much more than one year. One last piece: The rope at the top of the basket did come undone. But, we simply cut the top rope off and used the existing chain and clamp. If the hanging ropes were another material, more sturdy...game on. These would be a solid 5!
