This is a pretty pillow, but its use (lumbar pillow) is not copacetic with the types of stitching used in its design: particularly the three "vertical stripes; on the right side of the front of the pillow. The stitches are loose and very easily snagged by such things as belts, suspenders, even wrist watches, etc. The support aspect of this pillow is excellent, but, sadly, it will not "live very long" on our couch due to the stitching.
