I ordered two of these frames for my son and his fiance. I had them personalized with their engagement date. The quality of the item I received is horrible. First, one of the stands on the frame was missing a screw so it could not stand. I will need to find a screw to replace the lost one. Second, the frame includes this flimsy foggy piece of cheap plastic to go over your photo which dulls the picture and makes it less than beautiful. If it wasnt personalized I would return it. However, returns are not allowed on personalized items. Look elsewhere for a frame.
