Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning.
The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing.
But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer.
1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying.
3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching.
6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. Thu Jul 09 2026
