It was excellent as far as zero smell. The pad is on the softer side, but my child likes it. I would recommend this product based on the price point and the quality. I just wish it was a little firmer.

Since I received my new mattress topper, I finally have been having wonderful full nights of sleep! And no back aches! I was replacing and old one, different manufacturer, I would highly recommend purchasing this mattress topper! Well worth the $$!

This topper is nice and soft. I cut it in half and covered it with durable waterproof vinyl and it's perfect for guests to make a pallet and good for the kids to make forts with.

The topper was delivered rolled up tightly in a box, but it didn't really take much time to expand. Loved it from the moment it came out of the box. Loved, loved, loved it even more when I was able to sleep on it later that night. It is extremely comfortable and plush feeling. So far, I am really impressed with it.

The product is fine; delivery by FedEx is the absolute worst!
