This is an edit to my first review below. I had to make a change for the unexpected result. I thought I would possibly get a credit for the dented delivery of the wine fridge. After contacting customer service they shipped a new one which I received several days later and told me to keep the dented item. I was really shocked! I was not stuck with the hassle of trying to return the item. Again I never expected that type of service. Thank you Wayfair! The item was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. When we opened the box the packing seemed to be fine but there was a dent in the top front left corner. Beautiful appearance. Shelves are sturdy. Blue backlighting is nice. It did take a couple days with the doors closed to get to the set temperatures but doesn't budge anymore. I haven't heard it running at all. It holds a lot of different size bottles well but nothing fits great on the shelves. I think I prefer that however as every bottle seems to be a different shape.. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws..
