This is the third Wayfair Basics All Season Down Alternative Single Comforter I have bought. I am slowly converting each bedroom to a duvet set, which makes it much easier when washing. It was thinner than I thought it would be. The king size does not drape the bed at all, smaller than I thought it would be. Though the material is nice and seems like it will be good for year round use. As far as a comforter goes, this one is very nice. It’s warm and it’s very cozy and it fits my duvet cover perfectly. One of the things I really like is how evenly distributed the filling is as that is the one thing I didn’t like in my last down comforter. Eventually the stitching that keeps the filling in place breaks down and the feathers start bunching and the duvet looks lumpy. So that I’m sure will never happen with this one. But as my first “down alternative “ I was expecting it to be more like down, and it’s not at all. It’s actually like a piece of batting rather than feathers. The down comforter arrived quickly within five days. Packed in a Cryovac pack so was very wrinkled. I comforter sit for several days after opening then air fluffed in cool dryer, came out beautiful.
