Awful ! I was so excited about this when I opened it went to put it together figured out pretty quick that they had sent all the wrong Hardware. Not only that it looked like it had been used. The boards were all chipped and cracked and you could see where someone had screwed in and taken out screws very disappointed Im hoping that I can at least get a refund because Im not wasting my time returning this hunk of junk its better off firewood

Great addition to my closet for my shoes and purses. Very sturdy. Just as description describes. Have patience when putting it together, it does have a lot of parts.

Love the fact that it has a lot of room to put my sandals they were a perfect fit and the a place for boots at the top

The backing was damaged and missing some parts but we were able to get it together. I didn't want to have to go thru the process of returning it when it was already 70% assembled.
