The water cooler was delivered with care. Upon opening the box everything was perfect. We are leaving it sit for 24 hours as instructed before we start using it. We cannot live without healthy water for daily life. This hot/cold water dispenser offers you a great option. It is small in size and occupies a small office and living space. Please clean this product regularly to ensure safe drinking. 2. Does the product smell? --- Please clean the lower water reservoir by soaking it in lemon water before use. 3. Poor refrigeration effect? --- Please note that when the yellow light comes on, the fan starts to cool down. It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.

We are extremely happy with this water cooler. We were renting one through a water company and opted to purchase this one. This water cooler is significantly quieter than the previous one we had (Primo Brand). Whereas it would make a loud noise when when pouring room temperature water this unit makes zero noise. Mind you, we are not using the hot or cold water functionally continuously but only as needed to cut down on our electricity bill. This is a great water dispenser. Installation was straightforward. No special skill need except for common sense. The flow rate is good. Cold & Hot water temperature control are good. Only problem I had was the drip tray gets fill up quickly and spill over to the carpet. The red float indicator is not obvious enough and by the time it surface it's too late.
