If I could I would give 0 stars!!! The worst quality, it should be illegal to sell and advertise this kind of product. Wayfair does not refund or allow return, the only suggestion is to contact manufacturer. I will never buy anything on Wayfair.

Well I have seen it all but these filters are the first!! Surely a poor quality filter, who puts carbon pellets inside? It should be a fibre like others. They were hard to install also because they go into the ends of the motor and are very difficult to get in there. I’m going to use some other carbon filters.

Wayfair sent me the wrong item. I tried to do return and they said contact the manufacturer. It's not defective. It's the WRONG item. Thanks Wayfair.
