A very sturdy and good looking headboard. The finish is very fragile. I dinged some spots/corners while maneuvering during assembly. Furniture touchup crayons work wonders for the small boo boos. The instructions are only pictures and therefore slightly difficult to assemble. I'm experienced in putting furniture together so I struggled just slightly. More detailed instructions would help to make the assembly easier. I was not able to attach the headboard to my adjustable bed. I used two "L" brackets to mount the headboard to the wall instead.
