To start, I was really excited about this product! It gets 4 stars because it’s not exactly what I expected. The cup comes with no instructions but is a fairly large size so good for a lot of product. Secondly it took a LONG time to heat up, I really look forward to my chai in the am, and it never really got a good froth. It warmed nicely but my tea mix stuck to the bottom also. Other products I’ve used to froth I can add both milkchai tea
