This multi-purpose mailbox lock is constructed from diecast and has a nickel-plated face and cover. It features 5 brass pins, zinc-plated steel cams, 2 keys, and a spring steel-locking clip. Replaces locks on mailboxes manufactured by Bommer Hook. Its direction of a turn to open is counterclockwise at 90-degrees, and its cam position locks pointing to the left. Features a Hudson keyway, and the key blanks that fit this lock are ILCO 1003M. Mailbox locks like this one will not allow the user to remove the key until the mailbox has been closed and locked.
