About This Product

The New Yorker air tub by MTI Baths features a flatted rim and round oval design that lends modern elegance to any bath. This tub is crafted using air jets that help add to the comfort and calming experience of the tub. The designer collection by MTI Baths is a selection of thoughtfully designed and handcrafted products, manufactured in DoloMatte®, which is attractive, durable, and easy to maintain.

Features

DoloMatte® begins as a thick, American-made solid-surface slab of specialty polymer blended with ground minerals that is consistent in color and property.
After a preparation process, it is thermoformed with a mold, and the back is reinforced with a thick layer of fiberglass, resin, and titanium. The backing adds strength, structural integrity, and increased insulation. And it also helps keep bath water warm. The product is then hand-finished.
Nearly invisible, "illusion" air jets that are absolutely flush with the bottom of the tub floor.
Whisper-quiet blower with ceramic heater pre-warms air bubbles.
