The furniture itself has been incredible! It is very comfortable and was fairly easy to assemble ourselves. The only pitfall was that one of the wireless chargers came damaged. Wayfair was quick to recognize the issue and have tried to work with me for a fix, but we have been unable to come up with a timeframe that works for all parties for the repair. We tried to get in room delivery but it wasn’t available. Even though it was offered . I got a furniture strap that worked but it was hard on my old back.
