I honestly love this couch way more than I expected to. The green velvet color is gorgeous in person — it gives that moodyjewel-tone vibe without looking too dark or cheap. It completely elevated my apartment aesthetic and became the centerpiece of my living room immediately. The size worked really well for my space too since I’m in an apartment and didn’t want something massive or overwhelming. It has that modern, clean look while still feeling cozy. The velvet is soft, the tufting looks expensive, and it photographs insanely well. Assembly was pretty straightforward overall. I was able to get it together without wanting to launch myself into another dimension, which already gives it bonus points. One thing I did NOT expect is how weirdly easy this fabric is to clean. I’ve gotten spills, stains, marker, and even BBQ sauce out of it using just cool water and a tiny bit of dish soap. I was honestly convinced some of those stains were permanent and they came right out without ruining the fabric or color. That alone makes this couch worth it to me because life happens and I didn’t want something high-maintenance. Comfort-wise, I’d say it’s more supportivefirm than cloud-soft, but I actually prefer that because it keeps the couch looking structured instead of saggy after a few months. Great for lounging, gaming, scrolling for hours, or having friends over. For the price, I genuinely think it looks much more expensive than it is. I wanted to experience the couch in real life for a bit before I wrote this review. I'll start with receipt: item arrived quickly and as expected in three large cartons. No issues with the delivery. Assembly was fairly easy for the most part, with the exception of adding the back frames, which was difficult. The holes would NOT line up for me to attach and it was only with the help of a crowbar to move them into alignment that we (this was a 2-person job at this point!) were able to get them completed. Once fully assembled I was very happy with this VERY LARGE couch. I bought this without taking the full amount of time I should have to confirm the size and I was very nervous whether it was going to be too big for my space. As it turned out, it was perfect! It's large enough for multiple people to stretch out and relax and deep enough for two to lay together as well. But the 'deepness' of this couch is a double-edged sword. While it's comfy for laying down and lounging, it feels too deep for sitting and visiting. It's hard to just lean back and sit. The back cushions may be the reason for this. They are flat. Like really flat. I had hoped that after a day or so they would plump or fluff up but they do not. Definitely disappointed there. I've added quote a few throw pillows and they help but the issue remains. So overall -- I am giving this couch 4 stars. It's not bad for the price point and looks really nice in my living room. Was surprised when FedEx showed up with only one slim box…but trust the process. Taking out the pieces and breaking down the box for the trash took more time than assembly. Needed two people for assembly just to hold and slide pieces in at the time but all in all very easy. Cushions took some time to fluff up, the back cushions more so than the seat cushions. Seat cushions are nice and firm which makes up a bit in the sparse structure of the overall couch. Back had a nice rise where you can rest your neck on. Couch currently not sitting against a wall and not feeling any lack of support . Love this sofa. It shipped in 2 boxes and not the listed 3 boxes. It was missing directions but was easy to assemble with an internet search.
